Perfect stay in perfect place

The location of the hotel is just exceptional - in the heart of Lisbon. Although it's in the city centre, our room was super quiet and we didn't hear any noise. The room itself was very good, much higher standard that we anticipated. The staff was super helpful with all our requests, our luggage was securely stored even after check out.

I wasn't a big fan of breakfast served during the pandemic - the potions were quite small and I was missing a "hot" food during breakfast. Apart from that, I really cannot complain about anything!

My Story Hotel Figueira

We were placed in the My Story Hotel Figueira instead of Tejo, but we didn’t mind because this hotel was Great! Beside of the fact that it was clean, beautiful and had a nice staff, It’s nearby almost everything. My friend and I loved it! Definitely worth repeating.

Excellent Stay

From reception to the room, everything was perfect. The hotel is very well located, near pulbic transports hubs. In terms of safety measures, i felt very safe while in the Hotel. The staff is very kind. The room was well decorated and very silent. I will come back!

Great place in a great...

The receptionists were always able to help. Location is unique: it's in the centre (with many restaurants) and near Tagus at the same time. The room is cosy. The bathroom is above expectations; they use a nicely smelling soap Karma. :)

On the day of arrival, the room smelled badly. I assume it's the anticoronavirus disinfection. It needed a while to get rid of the smell. The cleaning staff ignored a PleaseCleanMyRoom tag, so I needed to ask additionally at the reception. We received a room at the 5th floor and the ceiling was too low.

The room was spacious and nicely decorated with an en suite comfortable bathroom. The location was ideal to explore Lisbon.

the shower's temperature was either too hot or too cold... the TV didnt really work...

Perfect Stay at the My...

It’s a beautiful, comfortable design Hotel with everything you need. The people were nice and helpful at any time. I loved that the Shampoo, Bodylotion etc. in the bathroom was from Rituals. Very good price for a perfect stay. Can highly recommend it and will definitely come back.

You can hear and even feel a little bit the metro rushing near but that’s normal for this central location.

The room was lovely! Very, very clean and modern. The whole place had a beautiful fragrance - absolutely gorgeous!

Everything was perfect. The hotel was very clean. Well equipped rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Great central location (Rossio metro station and a tram stop are nearby, but mostly everything is within walking distance) I would highly recommend😊

Hotel was fully booked when we arrived so that we were offered a room at the My story Figueira (4stars) at same price. Room was very clean, equipped with minibar. Covid protocol very well managed. Staff was very kind and helpful. Location is great to visit the city.

Hotel doesn’t offer car park and does not have any agreement with parkings nearby.

Location and service are excellent and i did not expect the comfort I got. Good job. Prices are high due to corona times I guess, but breakfast should be included which wasnt the case with my booking.

I havent tested the restaurant or breakfast, so I cant say much about the F&B service

The location was simply awesome. Tram 28 is literally 2 min walk away, Rossio metro station is also 3-4 min away.

We reserved a room with breakfast. Due to covid there was no buffet, but they provided breakfast boxes each morning. They could never get what we ordered, which was simply ridiculous. Next time i would definetely stay here again but would not opt for the breakfast.

We had a perfect stay at this hotel. The room was good size for two (felt like room with 2 single beds was bigger) plus we also had a little balcony with the view on Praça da Figueira. The staff was very helpful and very nice. 1 min away from transportations and in a good central place.

We are very pleased with our experience at this hotel. From the start the staff was very helpful with everything. They speak and understand english very well. We booked a double room and it was very spacious, more than we expected. It was clean and everything looked very well taken care of. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The A/C worked well, during the nights it would get very cold. We also did not have any problem with outside noise. As for the location, the hotel is perfectly located. Everyhting is of walking distance. There is also a parking space in front of the hotel for scooters or motors. This made it great for travelling. Over and all we loved our stay in Lisbon. P.s. as for the people who are wondering about the corona virus. In Lisbon, people take it very seriously, there are hand sanitizers in almost every shop. It is also mandatory to wear masks in closed areas. This gave a very safe feeling.

The location is excellent, just off the main square and next to the tram lines, and a short walk to the metro, Tuk Tuks etc. The room was excellent, the bed very comfy indeed, the bathroom was excellent, they did there best re breakfasts which were pre-packed into boxes which you could eat at a lobby table or in your room . Cant fault the hotel, but I recommend going to Lisbon when all the bars, restaurants etc are open again.

Only one remote in the room but we had two TVs, one in the lounge area and one in the bedroom.

Fantastic location for this hotel, great front desk staff, excellent breakfast, lots to do nearby. Room was relatively small, but perfect for my stay.

my room was not cleaned after the first night. I am not sure about the reason, but I did not mind and did not need anything, so despite this I give a top rating to this stay.

I was passing through Lisbon as Europe was shutting its doors during the Corona outbreak. The staff were exceedingly professional and helpful during an unusual and difficult time. Looking forward to returning in better times.

This is actually a review of the My Story Hotel Figuira, our booking was transferred to there by the hotel Tejo a few days before we travelled. This was not an issue for us as they are very close. Figuira is a very nice hotel

There was nothing to not like

Very good breakfast. Very nice, kind and helpful staff. Great location in city center near tram, metro and bus station so you can explore Lisbon as you like. Most of Baixa, Alfama, Chiado and Avenida you can visit by walk from hotel.

Same food choice for breakfast during stay (7 days) but various.

It was in a great location. Everything was very accessible from the buses , trains and trams and also great for walking around. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. We were very happy with our choice.

Staff were supper friendly and helpful! It was a special occasion for my partner and I as well as valentine's Day and we had a little something in the room for us. The room as super clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also very good! Shout out to Oksana! She is great!!

The location is perfect and the stuff is polite.

The design of the room is nice, but it does not give enough place for our belongings.

We were in Lisbon for a weekend stay and we loved that the property was so centrally located. The room we had was really clean, spacious, lovely bathroom and comfy bed! Plus the staff were very accommodating when we asked to leave our baggage with them whilst we waited for check in to open and on our last day, they let us leave our bags with them whilst we made the most of our last hours in the city!

There was another hotel guest clipping his fingernails in reception on the sofas when we arrived - I know this is customer behaviour and hard to predict however, the staff could’ve intervened to stop this as it wasn’t pleasant to hear/see.

It's a very modern hotel, very clean, very nice and helpfull personel. Very well located...Easy to get everywhere. Don' t miss the food feria turning the corner un Plaza de Figueras. Delicious!!!!

Everything was all right. Even though the area doesn't look very nice the hotel Is very good two blocks away from the shopping area, around the corner you Will find the Hop on Hop off buses which I recommend and very near de bars and restaurants

I chose the hotel for its location, which is walking distance to everything I wanted to see. The rooms are so comfortable! Great beds and linens , it’s sparkling clean and the bathroom has wonderful Ritual amenities.

Super close to the center *650 M to rossio Square. Few steps to the metro station. Super clean and quiet

Centrally located in Rossio area. Close to Santa Justa lift , commercial square etc. sightseeing hop on hop off yellow line is in close proximity. Rooms though small are well decorated & clean. Staff are extremely pleasant. Airport bus takes you to Rossio for 4 euro , a 5 min walk to hotel.

Super location and very nice hotel. Great rooms (no noise and fast cleaning during the morning), fine restaurant and gentle staff. Very close to public transport or by feet to different locations.

There were problems with the antenna of the TV - would be good to change into digital TV :-)
