Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's strategic location near major attractions and transport, as well as the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. However, many reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness, such as dirty rooms and bedding, and several guests were dissatisfied with amenities like the water heater, air conditioning, and limited facilities. While some found the rooms comfortable and suitable for a short stay, others were disappointed by the discrepancy between the advertised and actual conditions, especially regarding room size, cleanliness, and comfort.
