  • Need to pick up your hire car after arriving in Abu Dhabi? Travelers with flights landing at Abu Dhabi International Airport will find the car hire counters in the Skypark Plaza just across from Terminal 3 and just a few minutes’ walking distance from Terminals 1 and 2.
  • Headlight flashing is a common occurrence on many of the faster streets and highways in Abu Dhabi and, for drivers from other countries, this may be confusing at first. When you see a pair of flashing headlights that means the driver is trying to signal you to move out of the lane so they can go by. This can be avoided by sticking to slower lanes of the highway if you don’t want to drive the maximum allowed speed.

Great experience. I have used Hertz in Abu Dhabi on a few occasions in the past & whilst they maybe more expensive, you do get great service. My SUV was brand new & they also offered me two hour grace period over the allotted time of return to return my car. Both collection & return experience was seamless.

Everything was good, except the pick-up was disaster, it took from me almost 45 min to finish my procees with them at Hertz Abu Dhabi office, they took very long time with each client, and there was an employee there totally unprofessional (his name is Zia).
