Picking up from DFW was the best experience I had, honestly the only reason why they get 3 stars & not just 1. Took about 10 min tops & customer service was excellent!Cons:
Dropping off in El Paso was easy & efficient but picking up another car 4 days later was a nightmare. Took over 40 min just at the desk (there were 2 people ahead of me). Once we were in the parking lot to pick up the car, there was only one person working outside, but he was too busy on a personal call to help us. When he finally came over to tell us which car we could take, he didn't get off the phone, & just said, you can take that one, & went back into his booth, still on his cell phone, while we waited for him to let us out at the exit, which he walked to a couple minutes later, still on his phone. We were the only ones there! The car didn't have any windshield wiper fluid & the remote didn't work. My card was charged 2 separate amounts that didn't add up to the total on my receipt, it was for almost $30 more, & after being reimbursed for some of the inconveniences, the second amount is still on hold almost 2 weeks later & when I call Alamo, I keep getting different answers as to why, including, we don't show anything on hold, we show the transaction complete & there's nothing they can do except wait a few weeks & see if that amount is still on hold. DONT EVER RENT A CAR from the EL PASO LOCATION!9.6 Wonderful

It took two people ten minutes to check me out (not including actual car pickup). During that time, I saw another person in line leave out of frustration. The car they rented me did not have a remote key, even though it should have had one. Only one door lock on the whole car. Had to lock the doors before closing, and I accidentally locked the key in the trunk once, which required me to call AAA. I'm positive they charged someone else that expensive key replacement fee in the past, and never got a new key.10.0 Wonderful

Let customers know they must have a major credit card to rent a vehicle. The first representative that I spoke to when I went to pick up the rental was very rude, did not help. He was very sarcastic which was very upsetting because at that moment I thought my air b&b had been paid for I did panic and your representative did nothing to help again was extremely rude. I finally was able to get my brother to go to the airport drove from the west side to help me rent the car your second representative was extremely nice, helpful and professional I wished I would have gotten both their names.10.0 Wonderful

Ease of rental and return and lowest cost price for a one-way rental in the southwest. Enterprise employee gave a tutorial on how to use the complicated radio and the instruction manuals were left for us in the glove compartment. They called within a few days of our return to have us review their rental.Cons:
The 2017 Chevy Impala was a very nice car with two exceptions. 1. The visibility on the side windows and through the rear window is less then preferable. We had to be extra careful to look 2-3 times to be sure no car was there. 2. The radio connection to my iPhone was complicated and not intuitive. Could not switch easily between the radio and iPhone without having to reset the iPhone.Avis

The fact that I got a credit card bill for over a hundred dollars more than what I had signed for at the time of the pickup. If I had not checked I could have been stiffed with the a rate almost equivalent to a plane ticket. Had to call and was told the computer system overcharged.Europcar
