Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to local attractions and public transport. Cleanliness and friendly, helpful service were also highlighted as major positives. However, some guests noted significant noise issues due to thin walls and nearby traffic or trams, and a few found the beds uncomfortable. Overall, the hotel is seen as a clean, well-located, and welcoming place to stay, with minor drawbacks related to noise and bed comfort.
