Pros:Nothing
Cons:Agent misquoted price by $250, took an hour to check car out, when returned car waited 30 minutes, computer said car already returned. Very poor service.
Pros:Staff was friendly and quick with the turn over.

Cons:Honestly best car rental experience ever.
Cons:No one came to pick us up, and we tried to call him but no one answered, we waited over one hour , then we have to rent the car by ourselves, we spent more money and wasted our time.We felt very angry for this issue.

Pros:I did not like it at all. We had reserved a minivan. When we got to the counter, the agent said that Executive not only did not have a minivan, they did not have any vehicles at all.
Cons:They could have honored their commitment to having our vehicle for us to pick up.

Cons:Pickup took over 90 minutes. They don't take your add on insurance that you sold to me. They hassle you a lot to take (pay for) their insurance.

Cons:we were not able to rent because the policies that were not disclosed before were not acceptable. we had to cancel our entire trip due to this rental car disaster. we will never use that company again because everything from the line at the counter, to the service, to the policies is unacceptable.
Cons:though i had rental car insurance covered in my own car insurance, they made me to pay for the insurance. The agent called my insurance company at 11 PM IST to check the coverage. Which insurance company on earth will be open at that time of the day to take such calls ?????????????? I felt that I was held at ransom to pay for the insurance as where would I go to rent a new car at 11PM in a new city with this location away from the airport. the insurance was forced upon. the worst experience ever.. I will never rent from executive car rentals.
