Pros:The staff was next level amazing and the pick up and drop off was so easy!
Cons:Wish I would’ve known about the $250 deposit they required upon check in.

Pros:The staff was great! I received a call the day of telling me how to find their rental slot once at the airport (which was a little confusing if you've never been there) and so was helpful. They were very pleasant and did everything possible to help us in the transaction.
Cons:We purchased our auto insurance through Kayak only to be told a the counter that they did not accept their insurance and had to use theirs. Theirs was more expensive and then we had to call and cancel the insurance we had previously purchased.
Robert got us a great car when nobody else could! And he was great to deal with.
Pros:The staff was friendly
Cons:Our flight was delayed and we could not pick our rental at our exact rental time. They told us it would be an additional fee everyday because of the late pick up time, almost doubling the price. This is something I wish we would have known upfront. We ended up cancelling the reservation and was able to get a much bigger and nicer vehicle for cheaper with another rental car company. Flights can be unpredictable and out of our control. I don't think I will use Executive Car Rental, Tampa again.
Pros:Staff member who checked us in was helpful and friendly, careful to explain drop off procedures (contactless) and also sanitized the car even though it was only moved from parking space about 20 feet to allow us to put in luggage. Could not have been better. Price was excellent (although $6 more than I was quoted, which I could not figure out but who cares about $6 when I got an upgrade for free to a bigger car which still got 32 MPG. Car was nearly new (4000 miles)
Cons:The cleanup crew did not delete the bluetooth connections to phones by previous renters, we had to do that but hey, if that is the biggest problem I ever have in a rental car, that is great
Pros:Do not book through anything but Executive directly and make sure to understand their bizarre policies.
Cons:Despite having a reservation, they would not let me take the car because I didn’t pick it up on the precise day that my flight landed. In other words, you can only rent a car from them if you are flying, AND you pick up and drop off the car on the exact dates of your flight. Anyone who wants to rent a car for any other time frames is out of luck even though you might have reserved it already and they never asked you for your flight information ahead of time. Luckily, there are about 10 other rental companies at the airport.

Cons:The strictness to their time schedule was terrible. I had originally stated that I was renting from noon to noon 4 days later. I made the reservation without my flights in hand. I was called ahead of the rental asking when I would be in which was around 4 in the afternoon. They changed the arrival to 5:00 pm and told me I would need my return flight when I checked out the car. I gave them my flight number and thought all was fine. On the day of the return I received a phone call at 12:30, asking my if all was okay. They were expecting the car at noon. I told them I was on my way and would be there by 1:30. Okay, fine. At 1:00 I received another call. Your car was supposed to be in at noon. The car was needed immediately and because you are over an hour late, you will be charged another day. I was shocked. When I checked the car in, The attendant on the lot did not see this on the bill, but I have not yet received my deposit back. Never had a car company be this strict on time limits.
