Location is good - in the middle of Lisbon, between two lines of the underground. The apartment is on the 5th level, but there is an elevator in the building. WiFi worked really good - for me it was very important. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable with regular comforter, not only with a sheet (I had one during my stay in Lisbon two years ago). Small kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare not only a cup of coffe but also to cook some simple meal.

Bed smell in the apartment (because of damp?, from the sewage system?), I had to keep my window open all the time, when I was in the room. And the equipment in the bathroom was already used (shower cubicle and shower head) or broken (a toilet seat).

Room itself was quite spacious (not so the hallway or the kitchen). Nice view from balkony. Very attentive staff (via remote messages).

Bed not very solid, bedsheats of not so great quality, pillows might need a wash. Not really suitable for bikes (5th floor, tiny elevator). The late (16:00) check-in and early (10:00) check-out is not so great.

The check in/out process is really convenient as the doors codes are sent in advance. The room was big enough as well as the bathroom. Plates, cutlery, towels and a small fridge were available in the room. Location is good.

I agree with some comments where the luggage "room" is not suitable for whom has big suitcases - luckily i could leave mine in the room as it was close to the check in time (4PM). The cleaning part can be improved in the bathroom, as well to have some AC or something to cool off the bathroom, as one side its only windows and it gets very warm.

Easy check in. Rooms just with the fan ( NO air conditioning) so just be careful if you go during summer. The room was lovely and the hotel check-in/out concept really comfortable

There was everything in room. Nice and clean. Not far from Centre.

The Bathroom is very little and not much comfortable. Sometimes I smells not nice from toilet or shower.

Furniture and installations are of modest quality, which is ok for the price but could be improved. Some equipment is arranged in an unpractical way (e.g. coffee machine and water heater beside the bed, far from tap and sink). The room would benefit from a desk to work.

you could say lack of staff, but that's why price so good

The hostel has squeezed as many beds into 1 flat as possible, ques for the 1 bathroom likely, good price and clean but definitely the least space I have had for 8 beds

Self check in

No TV in the room, heating device not working properly (makes more noise than heats), shower towels are old. Also a broken window that got loose and almost fall in the floor.

Everything was as expected, small but nice and comfortable

Nice place, if you're lucky you can have the whole room/ place for yourself. The host is friendly. Very clean, pretty close to the center.

I missed a little locker in the room to put our stuff.
