Everything was old and rusty in the bathroom. All the tv channels had static. The view on the balcony was an old building. Overall was very poor.

Not clean and the carpet smells of dogs, and it was a dog living next door, the shower was a pipe leaking shower all stained room wasn't checked before we moved in

Staff was pleasant but not at all customer oriented. We were sent to what turned out to be empty floor with switched off lights on entire floor, using phone torches to get to our room where of course the electricity was also off. I called reception, few minutes later was told we're on wrong floor and sent to right one. In room fridge had no alcohol in it, when I asked reception if we could buy some they told us to use Uber Eats (which we did). I appreciate that bar had to be closed but you are hotel with stock of alcohol, just apply common sense and commercial accumen - sell you clients booze after long stressful journey! In the morning I asked for help making a local phone call and again was met with attitude that did not show attention to customers (and of course no call was made for me). Location was good for us, close to Sete Rios station which was what we needed.

The overall hotel experience was fine, in what regards the value for money, the facilities available considering the current situation.

On the second night of this stay, my wife stayed alone as I drove back north to Porto. Late in the evening that night, a man enters the room where my wife was calmly laying in bed, unannounced and uncalled for. This is unacceptable behaviour and has no justification whatsoever that is plausible. The person who entered the room was the man from the reception who was immediatly screamed off by my scared wife.

The amount was very high. The room and the bathroom were full of dust. The restaurante was closed and I was not properly warned before.

To be honest, I liked nothing

The value for money is bad, no early check-in so we had to wait for hours since we arrived early, the hotel is very old fashioned for the stars it has.

the air conditioning wasn´t working properly, it is old and the air did not warm up or even cold air was coming out - this is unacceptable for January/winter.

I was robbed im the hotel restaurant during breakfast. Service of the hotel told me that's normal situation (I was shocked). I don't recommend this hotel.

The bed was horribly uncomfortable and the room and hotel decor is from the 90’s.

The location is very good. It’s close to a metro station and you can also walk to the Eduardo VII park. There are several restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets nearby. So you can get brunch or big bottles of drinking water easily. The staff at the lobby speaks good English and are very patient and helpful. Air conditioning is good. Room is spacious and cleaned everyday. No weird smell in the room considering how old it appears. The view is nice. The bed is comfortable.

The facility is outdated. No hot water kettle in the room so I couldn’t make tea. The shower gel and shampoo are basic. No power outlet next to the bed to charge phones and computers. I had to unplug a bed lamp to charge my phone. The seats’ fabric cover in the room looks dirty. There was a big round table in our room to lay down our stuff. To use the safe you need to pay 2€ everyday. The gym is on the top floor. It has only cardio machines and a few light dumbbells, a very light barbell and some sports mats. No way to do any weight training. When I used it the water dispenser is empty. All the running water in the room has separate hot and cold water knobs and the mixed water come out of one tap. It is difficult to temporally shut the water and get back to the same temperature, especially with soap on your hands.

On departure day the cleaner came into the room twice and woke me up despite the fact we weren’t checking out til 12pm. They also did this to my friends in three other rooms. Very annoying.

Not fully up to my expectations for a 4 star hotel. Comfortable but nothing special. One night was €95 and next night was over €200. I understand supply and demand but a huge difference

Rooms need upgrading doesn't deserve 4 star. Need to pay 2 euros a day to use the safe and 20 euros deposit. Rooms and corridors are very dark can't tell if it's daytime

Price was good.

The shower had poor pressure. I found the bed ok but my boyfriend was uncomfortable and had trouble sleeping (found it uncomfortable). The gym is warm and almost no decent weights. Only good for cardio workouts. A little far from nightlife in Lisbon as well. I also found it odd you have to pay to use the safe in the room!

07/28/2019. Shortly after 10 o'clock my girlfriend headed for the bathroom, unfortunately she was not watching the water on the floor and fell head and hands on her back. The water was leaking from the ceiling. I'm attaching a photo. It completely ruins the rest of our vacation even with a blue patch on his hands.currently dizzy and kind of head.Please refund the amount paid as a pain payment.if it had happened to an older person, it could have been more serious.

The location is very convenient.

The hotel had a scale to weight the bags but we have to pay to use it. A 4 star hotel should be more service minded. The room had an intense smell of dust, like when you vacuum and the bag is full or broken and leaves a dust smell behind. The furniture and decor is outdated reminding hotels from the early 90s.

The location is good in the middle of Saldanha neighborhood. Lots of restaurants around as well as supermarkets. The room was spacious and was clean.

The hotel is old not providing things that modern life requests nowadays such as outlet near bed for cell phones to be charged. The the bathroom although clean was too old especially the shower. The staff was rude and this was the first hotel in the world that I stayed in that refused to give two keys for a double room. Not good value for money, the hotel is expensive for what it offers. I won't recommend it since there is a lot of other options in the same neighborhood much better than this.

A small, nondescript Hotel

The location is reasonable. The rooms are clean.

Terrible check in. I arrived early due to my flight but no attempt was made to allow an early check in. They made me wait till 2:00 pm. The rooms have a safe but it's €2 a day to use. The gym is tiny there's a water dispenser but no cups. I reported this everyday but no water cups were added to an empty dispenser. The windows haven't been cleaned in a longtime - you look out of streaked, dirty windows.
