New hotel very well designed and very clean. All of the staff are great especially Eduardo, Chief at the front desk, he gave help to all requests. Rita and Marco recommended restaurant nearby Brasao, it was fantastic.

Nothing at all. Road wok outside the hotel did not bother us as there was absolutely no noise disturbance from the room we stayed which was at the back.

The hotel was excellent.The stuff was extra friendly.The location was perfect,just two minutes walk to metro.Breakfast was really nice with a lot of tasty things(eggs, sausages,some cold meats,fruits,bacon etc...).The best was the sweets!Room spacious,very clean(every day change towels and clean the room),big bathroom!Keep up the good work!

The restaurant only had a buffet meal which was rather expensive. Would have preferred a proper menu.

This hotel is in a fantastic location near both the Gulbenkian Museum and the El Corte Ingles Mall. Our double room was spacious with a desk, mini-bar, and super comfy bed. The burgers in the bar were very tasty and reasonably priced. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. We'd stay here again for sure!

My only suggestion is to put up a few hooks in the bathroom for towels and robes.

Modern, clean, comfortable hotel with exceptional location in Lisbon. We stayed at a suite and the unit was super comfortable.

I didn't have the breakfast, but it looked excellent and plentiful. The location was near the Gulbenkian Museum and its lovely park. It was a little far from downtown, but was an easy walk from the subway.

It was fine. It met my expectations. The staff was very helpful.

We got a room with a no closing window. There was some mechanical problem.

Location was great for airport and Metro minutes away. Room was nice size and comfortable with air conditioning

Food was probably my least favourite for breakfast - bar food for snacks sandwiches was excellent though

The breakfast is speechless, location is another great point, from the hotel you will find parks, malls and the downtown is not so far.

Room is large and clean, bathroom is clean and well equipped.

Bed could be more comfortable but room is spacious. Since the airport is located on the way to the airport for landing flights we had to keep our window closed.

Excellent modern and clean hotel. Staff was very nice and helpful - we had excellent instructions to get to the center. After coming back from touring, we found in the room 2 glasses of juice and 2 local cakes, 2 small biscuits for "good dream wish" and a voucher for 2 welcoming drinks from the bar (according to your request, including beer or wine, I asked to take the drinks to the room and it was nicely accepted). Breakfast was excellent. We highly recommend this hotel, even if a bit far from the center

During the 2 days we were at the hotel, there were congresses. Breakfast room was full so we had to wait for a place to seat and have breakfast

It was very clean, everybody was extremely Kind and helpful.

I didn't like that the lady at check out accused us of putting food on the room and demanded we paid but could not find any receipts or proof that this happened. Other than that, great hotel and experience.

Location Is great with good options for restaurants and shopping in the area. Hotel was recently refurbished and very pleasant. Excellent breakfast...definitely worth the extra money.

Great buffet breakfast, good buffet dinner 17,5euro and get 10percent discount.Looks like new hotel. Cheap garage parking only 5euro/day for hotel quests.Around 150m is entrance to Metro. We stayed at 9 floor and great view to east and airport landing of airplanes :-) LIDL supermarket is about 200m just around corner. Also some indian,kebab restaurant at 5euro/meal. 20min by car to BP gasstation airport,where you can add full fuel and wash the car. The return car to rental BUDGET after one week was surprised very fast even hot season only around 5min !!!

From hotel to city center by metro total around 30-40min,because need to change redline to blueline.which is far by walk.. Can walk to parque and then circle ,where is hop and off companies 3 different.

The staff had noted my birthday, wished me happy returns at breakfast, and gave me a bottle of vinho verde, and a birthday cake. What a nice touch! I've never stayed anywhere so welcoming. Excellent breakfast too. And remarkable value for money

The staff were excellent and went out of their way to be welcoming. Shortly after check in I was surprised with juice and cake at my room and when I returned after a days excursions the next day some biscuits had been left for me. I would assume this is normal but it was very much appreciated, especially as a lone traveller. It was also great value for money. Room and bed large and comfortable, wide and nicely priced minibar options, a voucher for a welcome drink. A 4 star hotel for those without a 4 star budget.

The buffet dinner wasn’t amazing, not much choice and a little cold. That being said it was pretty cheap and very convenient after a day of travelling.

A 3 night leisure break with friends. Excellent hotel & staff, very clean, modern with a decent location near metro stations an local ameneties. We enjoyed a very good buffet breakfast which we had not booked but was provided as a complimentary gesture by the management after we had waited quite a long time to check in.

The lack of available staff at check in. However, this minor inconvenience was more than offset by the complimentary breakfast provided.

We asked the hotel beforehand in a written request to give us the quietest room they could and they went well beyond our expectations in making it happen. Everything in the room and bathroom was brand new, the breakfast was rich and varied and we could rest the best way possible after long days of sight-seeing and having fun in beautiful Lisbon. The hotel is right next to the park of the Gulbenkian Museum and the very central San Sebastiao metro which connects two different metro lines and is within one or two stops from the other two. So very centrally located in terms of transportation in a pleasant, leafy neighborhood full of nice restaurants.

Excellent location, only few steps from metro station São Sebastião (Blue line/Red line connected). Red line will take you straight to the airport in maximum 30 mins. We were received with a nicely treat of wine and a cold platter. We also got a voucher for a free dinner and a glass of wine from the bar area. Our room was big and spotlessly clean. The bed was soft and comfortable. The breakfast had plenty of options to choose from (eggs, bacon, sausages, roasted tomatoes, beans in tomato sauce and tastefully mushrooms in olive oil! Additionally, there was a large table with fresh fruits, hams, cheeses and pastries....I strongly recommend you to try the "Mini Pasteis de Nata", my favorite). Strong WI-FI connection and nicely selection of TV channels. Staff at the reception and the breakfast area were very accommodating and professional. A lot of amenities in the bathroom along with a safe box and a mini fridge :) I strongly recommend this hotel to others and we will definitely come back!

The were a few minor complaints: There is a weird smell of toilet in the reception of the hotel. The soundproof in the rooms should improve; sometimes we could hear our neighbors when waiting for the elevator. Lastly, after taking shower the bathroom floor was all messy and fully wet! Hopefully the housekeeping was amazing :)

Very nice friendly staff. Very impressed with lovely touches such as welcome drink and welcome tapas platter. Nice breakfast with lovely fresh fruit and coffee, breads, hot cooked breakfast.

Breakfast was good, location is quite convenient for daily trips and it is easy to reach metro, Oriente railway station and airport.

Pillows are too soft, bed wasn't 100% comfortable.

The hotel is nice and the personnel is very welcoming. My bedroom was well equipped, clean with a good bed (a bit too hard but OK). The breakfast is good and diverse.

The bedrooms are not enough sound proof; you hear the people in the hallway too loud (and of course the usual stupid people yelling at night or early in the morning); you can hear as well the horny couple next door... Location is a bit far from the city enter.
