Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, which makes it convenient for exploring the city. Many reviewers also appreciate the value for money, especially for short stays or budget travelers. However, a significant number of guests express dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms, citing issues such as dirt, dust, and unclean towels. Service receives mixed feedback, with some guests reporting friendly and helpful staff, while others mention poor or indifferent responses to problems. Bed comfort is also a concern for several guests, with complaints about old and uncomfortable mattresses. Overall, the hotel is best suited for those prioritizing location and price over luxury or high standards of cleanliness.
