Very good location. Dark rooms...
The payment amount was reserved on my c.card two days before my arrival in hotel, but at arrival I had to pay once more and hotel was not able to unblock this amount. I had to wait 15 days contacting hotel and bank to get reserved money back. Never happened with no other hotel before..
Excellent hotel, excellent stay.
Staff, room, food - all excellent and I would definitely return. Location is perfect too.
Nothing, it was excellent.
Would stay here again
Location was great
Room was rather small and awkwardly designed
Superb
Friendly staff, good location, nice breakfast
Room towards the square a bit noicy at night.
One night, fantastic location, fantastic...
the staff at check-in were excellent, so helpful and friendly and they sorted our need for a twin room and not a double! The hotel was obviously not too busy at the time, but they were doing everything to make it a great experience. The room was fantastic for the price. The gym/spa was inaccessible at this time, but that is understandable. The bathroom is another huge plus!
the coffee machine in the room was very difficult to operate, but perhaps more of a manufacturer problem! However, the ergonomics of the installation/shelf/machine size was poor.
Superb
Breakfast due to Covid restrictions was different than we were expecting. It was served to the table. Great service.
Poor choice of gluten free products
A modern, cool hotel in...
Perfect location smack down in Lisbon Center - walking distance to everything! Cool and different interior with green vibes. Extremely friendly and helpful staff who, among other things, helped us getting a table at a very popular local Fado restaurant!
Room was a bit dark which is great for sleep quality but could come across as a bit murky.
I will stay there again...
The location is the best, you can get by walking everywhere and right in front of the hotel you have the tram stop to go to Belem. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel, but there are many places around for eating. The room was charming and very cozy with view to the main square. The decoration is very nice and we had everything we needed.
The cleaning service is good but they do the rooms very late (17:00 - 18:00), which was not convenient for us. After a long day getting to know the city we wanted to go to our rooms and take rest, but at that time it was the cleaning service. The staff in the reception was very nice, but it was a bit hard for them to understand us. We asked a couple of time for bath robes, and instead we received more towels. Same with the the welcome email, they advertised a spa, I asked for the services and prices list, and I never received it. They had a great attitude but I think there were some misunderstandings.
Superb
I liked the location of the hotel which is right at the centre of Lisbon and walking distance to the harbour. Staff's were very helpful with my enquiries and helping me to find out the best local restaurants in lisboa. Phillipa who works at the reception did a excellent job as everybody in the hotel.
Exceptional
Larisa at the reception super friendly and helpful for any time, thank you very much
Very good location and the room with the view to the city is just perfect
Superb
Central position
It's decor was very dark.
Excellent, I'd stay again -...
The room was excellent - with a view over the square - trams runs right by the room until 11 pm so that's noisy, but then you sleep. Tram starts fairly early, but you're up anyway. It is a fab location. Tram, buses, tour cars and tuk tuks - which I took. Great value and lovely products.
Shower was super small. Watch your elbows!
Superb
rooms are very modern and clean throughout, location is pretty good. The staff at the reception are very nice and freindly
Towels looked a bit too used and no drinks in the minibar apart from water.
The Best 4 star hotel...
Amazing Staff Fantastic location Very clean
Great location in Lisbon
This is a lovely small hotel in Lisbon with a very comfortable room. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The location was excellent within easy walking distance of old Lisbon and with easy and accessible transport links to explore other areas of Lisbon and the surrounding districts.
Hotel in the heart of...
It was very comfortable. Big rooms and walking distance from a lot of Lisbon main touristic attractions. Breakfast was Ok. But facilities were very very good.
We had problems with the noise outside. The windows are not sealed when closed, so you can hear all the noise from the whole night inside your room. Also, the guy at breakfast seemed to be very stressed, which did not contribute to the overall experience. But still a nice hotel.
Great little find in Lisbon
Fantastic location. Very very comfortable beds. Helpful and friendly staff.
Exceptional
Staff on super friendly and helpful especially filipa 🤗
Nothing
Great place to stay
Perfect
Every thing was fine
Perfectly located one night in...
Perfect location in Lisbon. The hotel is beautiful and the check in was easy and friendly. The room was confortable and extremely pretty and well decorated. We didn't try their breakfast since cheaper authentic option are right next door (amazing natas, pastries etc).
It is only a question of taste, but the decoration in the lobby is almost all black and dark color, it felt slightly claustrophobic. The phone in the room doesnt work (we tried to get information on the wifi and ask for a hairdryer since there was none in the room). When we tried the one in the corridor, it didn't work neither. Bad luck ?
Great location, friendly staff
The staff were excellent and assisted with all, comfortable bed and large room and complimentary water each day
Shower took a little to understand but we mastered it
Great hotel in the heart...
Great stay! The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean , what more could you ask for. Would definitely stay here again.
Very good
Location
Hotel doesn’t have parking but is close to public parking which you have to pay.
Superb
The location is the best it could be! Staff is always nice and attentive, very nice room (could be a little bigger though).
If you’re traveling by car, it’s very hard to park your car nearby just to unload the luggage. I wish the hotel cared more about the environment (each day after cleaning all the lights were on, I understand it’s meant to be welcoming, but we would rather save some energy ;) ) - nevertheless these are all minor things.
class and confortable

The reception staff were brilliant at answering our questions regarding getting to places in Lisbon and Paulo whjo looked after us at breakfast was exceptional. All in all it was a great three nights.
The position of the hotel, the ambiance as well as the staff. The room was excellent and the bed was very comfortable. I personally liked the electric operated drapes.
Good hotel in city center
Nice atmosphere, nice shower, nice square view. The room is interesting, full of mirrors, which makes it look more spacious. I also liked the floor matress.
The parking nearby is very expensive, would be better if we known ahead of time. But, we cannot blame the hotel for us not doing research beforehand. It's just a general remark, not something negative about the hotel. Maybe it helps future travelers. Only thing I disliked is that I have to call reception every time I want to turn off my A/C. I don't understand why I am not allowed to control it myself
Very central, nice place, a...
Super central, great comfy bed, nice design, though the room and bathroom were on the small side. Due to the central location there was rather a lot of traffic noise, mostly from trams and busses. But everything else was really good for the price.
Perfect stay
center of town, quiet rooms, trendy furnishings.
Was perfect.
Exceptional
Friendly staff, good location, amazing design. Nice restaurants close.
Super bad noise isolation with other rooms
Great location! Nice staff. The room was clean there are things necessary for living.
Very small room and shower.
Location is absolutely amazing. You can’t get more central. Fantastic view from the window. Free minibar was a nice touch. Very good breakfast. Staff was helpful and very friendly. Rooms were super clean and stylish.
I’d prefer to have a kettle in a room rather than a coffee machine to have a choice of a drink I can make.
This hotel was right in the middle o downtown Lisbon and was perfect to see all the sights we wanted within walking distance. If we did venture off to a tour at a castle of sight we were able to meet up right where we were staying. I loved the courteous staff and quick time checking in and out.
Location, staff especially María and Larissa are helpful and friendly.
Big room, great location
No ventilation in the bathroom
Customer service
The breakfast is the same every day.
Perfectly situated for the trams, buses, metro and tourist tours. Breakfast was lovely with a nice, fresh selection. Lovely staff. Free mini bar and water in the room. Restaurant very busy at lunchtime with local business people.
Plastic straw in drink.
Lovely hotel with great location. Not my first stay in this hotel. Feels like hotel is getting tired of crowds of tourist.. and feels like staff cares a bit less then before. But neverthe less it very good
Excellent location Free minibar
No outside dining late at night. Not a huge problem
Staff Situation Food
Location excellent Breakfast good Service great

Central location, close to restaurants, activities and public transportation among other things.
Since it was close to everything at night it can get noisy.
Location - excellent base for exploring lisbon
Excellent location for exploring Lisbon. Very friendly staff and comfortable room. Couldnt fault the hotel in any way
Excellent location, spacious, very clean and stylish rooms. Very welcoming staff. The beds are to die for! I would defo stay here again.
The only thing I would mention is the lighting in the bathrooms (both in the rooms and in the common areas). You can hardly see what you’re doing.
Excellent location Very nice and kind staff Nice clean rooms Loves and recommends
Location Breakfast
Hotel very central and so clean
Spotless clean, newly renovated hotel, good restaurant and extremely attentive staff. I actually liked their dark style room's design. Very well managed hotel.
Nothing.
The property was perfect for a weekend in Lisbon. Very central. Right beside the metro. 5 minute walk to the “beach”. Fantastic facilities inside. Beautiful room with a great view.
The restaurant is average
The restaurant
The hotel was excellent both in location and services. The staff were all friendly, courteous and helpful on any query or minor difficulty we had. Lisbon was a beautiful city to visit and we found the facilities and people in the city matched the staff and facilities in the hotel. Overall an excellent stay in a beautiful hotel and city.
Our biggest complaint was not related to the hotel or the city itself but to leaving via Lisbon Airport. We left early for our flight (on the advise of the taxi driver) and only barely made it to our flight in time. The traffic to get into the airport was at a stand still because of the access into the airport car park and we saw people getting out of taxis and running to the terminal because they were afraid they would miss their flight. The terminal itself was pure chaos with the queue to get through the boarding gates out the main door of the terminal and the security area was understaffed and a complete mess. Completely unacceptable - one passenger noted that he had seen cattle going to the slaughterhouse treated better.
The Figueira hotel has a great location, right across from the Rossio metro line which you can take and transfer at Alameda to get to the airport, easy access to great shopping and food. Not just touristy restaurants, you can find lovely local ones nearby. You can take the no.12 tram line right outside the front door up to the Castelo (which can be seen from the square). The room was comfy, the air conditioning was a little cool but that's probably because we just couldn't work it! The free mini bar (topped up each day) with 4 soft drinks and a beer was a nice touch! The breakfast was lovely and there were loads of choices. The staff was helpful too.
Everything beyond expectations! Lobby, room, bar, location, restaurant and STAFF all were on top. Can definitely recommend this place.
Breakfast fantastic, staff extremely helpful and location couldn't be better most tours went from across the road. One could sit and watch the world go by sipping coffee outside the hotel.
Quite atmospheric lighting in the rooms however it could do with being a little brighter
the design is very specific, some people like it, some not. in general it was very nice. breakfast is excellent.
we could not make a/c work in the room, finally opened the windows but it was too noisy to sleep. the corridors were very hot, too. there was no light near coffee machine which was very inconvenient. the breakfast boxes we got instead of breakfast were miserable.
the breakfast was excellent it had variety to satisfy all tastes the location was excellent
a bit more variety for dinner
Very good location Very nice staff Good breakfast Comfortable bed
Not enough light in our room
Great location and facilities
Breakfast busy and not a lot of choice
Location food and staff.
A “bit” dark decor!
Location really close to city center make easy to walk around and see many places and attraction even without get into public trasport (stop is by the hotel too btw). Room with view was really nice, drinks and coffee free make you feel even better. Check in was fantastic and blonde, curly hair girl at the reception was AMAZING!
Toilet and shower not the best, many things were needed to be fixed or refurb. Restaurant into the hotel wasn't that good and waiter was on us too much, did not even let us eat!
Lovely hotel in an excellent location.Rooms were really nice ,spotlessly clean and larger than expected for a city. Staff always polite and very helpful.Great breakfast to start the day too. Would definitely recommend.
Beautiful unique design hotel right in the city center. Very comfortable rooms with complimentary coffee and refreshments. Excellent breakfast. A bar and great restaurant makes your stay very enjoyable and comfortable. Would definitely recommend and already booked it for another 3 nights.
Everything was great!
Location and the overall vibe of the hotel along with very friendly staff.
Perfect stay. Loved it.
We were met by Maria on reception who was friendly and informative. As we arrived late in the day, and it was my wife's birthday, she gave us a good recommendation for a restaurant where we had an excellent meal and enjoyed Fado music. A big thanks to the staff (or person) who cleaned our room each day.
A lack of music in the bar and reception area would have been better. Hotel just beginning to look a little tired.
Excellent location. They did a great job with noise and light mitigation since it is located on a busy central square.
Everything was great!
Friendly front desk staff. Exceptionally clean. Stylish, comfortable rooms with electric curtains, flatscreen TV, complimentary mini bar, safe, large closet. Lots of plugs for charging devices. I had a view right onto the plaza, below. Easy walk to Rossio Station, restaurant district, shops, Alfama, etc.
Loved the decor, staff were exceptionally friendly, food in restaurant was terrific, and location was perfect for me.
Location was fantastic. Nice bar. Clean and staff friendly and helpful
Booked an upgraded room but view was terrible. The lower class rooms looked out into the square and were a lot better friends had an issue with the flush on the toilet which they tried several times to fix but to no avail
Outstanding location and most friendly accomodating staff. Quiet despite being in main square. Would stay here again.
Bath/shower small, room too dark except over the bed!
Superb location easy access for trams and metro. The bar and restaurant was excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful.
Great location Nice bar area.
It was a nice hotel. I would stay again if I got a good deal. Everything was nice but the coffee machine was filthy.
The best value you could possibly get for your money. AND, the restaurant is FANTASTIC below the hotel. A 5 star hotel, None the less
The bed was rather difficult to climb into for old people.
One of the nicest boutique hotels I have stayed sofar. Great ambiance and very friendly staff. Large room, uniquely decorated. Right in the center of Lisbon. The hotel's restaurant serves awesome food
Cannot think of anything
Liked the champagne with the breakfast. It could be changed up a little per day, as it was exactly the same every day. Also there was only 1 kind of juice that was kind of dissapointing. The location of the hotel was really central! We also got some tips ob our arrival which was nice.
Our shower was clogged and there was limited lighting in the bathroom so it was really dark. For the rest nice room.
Great location. Clean, comfortable
Very thick walls
The location and the staff
The room was a bit small
Location was great. Staff very friendly.
Rooms a bit small
Very good location and complimentary drinks
very cozy hotel with perfect location
it is not necessarily a minus point, but the room was a little smaller than expected
Good location, very helpful staff, complimentary drinks in the room, different style of hotel.
Design hotel with much thought about cool look, in excellent location
Excellent location. Good buffet breakfast
Decor is a little dark.
Great hotel in fabulous location. Bed very comfy. Staff very friendly. Had dinner at the hotel restaurant and was very good and no more expensive than eating out.
Location great. Modern hotel with a lovely ambience.
Everything is great
Nothing
The location was ideal and staff were very helpful. Breakfast food was good and decent choice.
It’s very dark including the bathrooms. Also breakfast seemed a bit shambolic - coffee was cold and hot water for tea was also cold. Never seemed to be enough tables set or cleared and staff prioritised strange things like taking back salt and pepper mills you had to go and get from a sideboard.
Great location. Complimentary drinks in minibar which was replenished daily
Room size a bit small/compact The design of the shower meant that water would splash onto the vanity
Overall the hotel isn't terrible. it's in the middle of everything which is nice and easy access to all transport.
It's weird. The lighting is horrible and loud. As much as the staff tried to help, they really didn't. We needed a taxi to the airport really early and they could not confirm that we had one so we had to book another room near the airport. When we went to check out they said that did in fact have a taxi for us even though we had asked earlier in the day if it had been confirmed. The hotel needs to step up with their level of professionalism.
All good
All good
was good
Excellent location and attentive staff.
The opening speed of the front entrance glass sliding door is just too slow and needs to be reconsidered. A tissue box in the room would be nice, as it saves guests the hassle of having to ask for tissues at the reception.
Great location. Safe neighborhood. Nice, clean hotel.
Fantastic location, beautiful room, super bed!
I liked everything.
Very good location
Fantastic location, the room was clean and comfortable, little noisy could be heard from the road outside but it wasn’t a problem. Staff were very helpful. Great breakfast, especially the bubbly! Didn’t eat dinner in their restaurant, as we wanted to explore, plenty of choices to eat. Would definitely recommend it.
Property is modern, clean and high tech. I arrived a bit tired and out of it and staff were so friendly and helpful, I really appreciated their assistance . Room was so comfortable and and had automated curtains and blinds to look out over the lively square and streetcars passing by. Bed was super comfortable. Espresso machine and water provided plus mini bar for extra drinks & snacks. Hotel is literally located central in Lisbon and able to walk to most points of interest (be aware very hilly though). Delicious buffet breakfast provided if you opt for it [I highly recommend) with both continental and local specialities. Would absolutely return and recommend!! Thanks again
Elevator was bit high tech for me, lol
Very good breakfast Excellent staff
Takes some time to get used to the dark colours but beautiful design of the walls and furnishings.
Great central location to explore Lisbon for a weekend or short trip.
Slightly whiffy smell and bathrooms don’t drain properly (sink and shower always filled up). Can be very loud at night.
