At first glance this is a lovely hotel. The outdoor pool on the 8ᵗʰ floor was open, and provided some much needed aquatic exercise. The bar and breakfast was well executed in the pandemic era. I will even forgive them the slight over-use of environmentally damaging cling film at breakfast, only because I have experienced far worse elsewhere. I am also (in a geekish way) very impressed with their Thyssen lifts; silent, smooth and very fast.

In our room the WiFi gave us 5mbps download on a stop/start basis, not enough to watch english TV, or even browse Facebook. Parking was expensive at €30 per night and too narrow to fit our rented Skoda Fabia into, so didn’t incur the parking fee in the end. On-street parking nearby was free and proved to be secure. But the biggest gripe was the air conditioning in the room, which had no remote, and the only working control buttons were ON/OFF and fan speed. We were freezing cold with it ON, and sweltering hot with it OFF. Sleep eluded us both.

Excellent pool. Good location. Good breakfast - staff trying their best during coronavirus times. Shower was great and room very clean with enough space for clothes in wardrobe. Would definitely stay here again and we really enjoyed our stay.Thank you!

Minor issue of Room not sound proof - woken up by neighbouring rooms doors banging shut. Also could hear neighbouring rooms bathroom/taps/shower very loudly.

The pool was very nice and wasn’t too busy at all. Very close to the metro which takes you quickly into central Lisbon.

Breakfast options were limited.

The room was on the 8th floor (the last one), had a big balcony, and was wonderfully quiet. Everything was clean. We had enough TV channels. The shower had good water pressure (btw, it's a bathtub!). And the hotel is just in front of the metro! So we are actually close to almost everywhere in Lisbon. Outside, we can see and easily reach Gulbenkian and El Corte Ingles. We also enjoyed a Burger restaurant nearby. Breakfast is basic continental buffet, and it was enough for us. There is a swimming pool on our floor, open 365 days a year (according to what they told us), and a small sauna room next to it (it fits only 2 persons).

The shower/bath stall's glass didn't stay in place - it kept touching us as we showered... (but that should be easy to fix for the hotel). The bed was a little hard and uncomfortable for us. My partner complained about the sauna, as it's only a small room with no other amenities, and there's no privacy (the glass door leads to a public space next to the swimming pool). And we really disliked the coffee at breakfast. :/ It's better to drink it outside at any coffee shop.

Location was great, right next to a shopping mall, underground and a 25 minute walk to Lisbon City Centre with attractions to visit along the way. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Breakfast selection was limited and there was construction work ongoing which I did not know about and would begin about 7am.

The breakfast was good, the problem was the room was to hot and you dont have a controller to manager the heater.

Location,need and tidy, good and experience staff with speaking different languages, very helpful to sort out any prob.

Property should have USB ports so any one can charge their phones. Guest should not get hassle to find adopter, bathtub should be little bit bigger in size. It’s small. air condition control should be in room not on reception. Room was dam warm for me and I can’t do nothing.

Getting charged for the bottles of water from the minibar as I thought they were free. Turns out that they are only free on your first night but nobody told me.

Very nice hotel, quiet atmosphere and friendly staff, especially Antonio in the bar. Pool side service was excellent.

A bottle of water labelled as complimentary was in our room upon arrival which was then charged off my card after we checked out which was disappointing as I was charged 4 euro for a small bottle of water.

The staff did change our room for one with more space

Generally customer service does not seem to be a priority.

.Even considering the price increase in Lisbon, we have found it a bit expensive. The service and location are very good but breakfast can improve a lot as well as the decoration of the rooms. I would start by removing the carpets ...

The location was good , the reception staff were all excellent, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was above adequate if airplane spotting is your hobby you are in heaven , and the rooftop pool really makes a hell of a treat

The personnel was extremely helpful (guidement, tours, room cleaning).

The breakfast was a bit bland, during the 10 days stay i've seen close to no-variation. Regarding the location, be aware that the airplane traffic can be heard especially at the early hours (6 to 8 AM)

Good breakfast, good location next to metro station but it was also very cheap and easy to use Uber. All the staff I encountered were very friendly. Great pool area with bar and food service by the pool.

The parking - it's made for cars type "Smart" - we were with little Opel Corsa and was extremely difficult to get in and out - very narrow!!!

It is super close to the Metro station. Just across the street! The breakfast was pretty good.

Rooms are rather small. It was very noisy during our stay. There was a renovation going on in the next building. The airport is close and all the airplanes are taking off just above the hotel.

The check in staff were great and our room was available so we could check in slightly early which was amazing after a long journey. The room was clean but small side and bed comfy. Location is fine with lots of shops and cafes close by but quite business-y rather than tourist.

The young guy attendant at pool bar- asked for our room number and when I gave it told me it didn’t exist! Then asked to see my room card! So so rude. Would not return as a result of this young guy- need to change his attitude.

Pleasant staff; generally a quite comfortable room; excellent breakfast.

Rooms could use a tea kettle. Bathroom could be better stocked with actual shampoo and conditioner. Walls are paper thin and you can hear EVERYTHING in neighboring rooms. Didn’t appreciate getting a message before my flight saying “card invalid” only to find out that the staff working there had no idea why that message would be sent. Still, would stay there again.

was right next to a metro station but in New Lisbon, so not a lot to do around hotel. To go anywhere we had to visit old Lisbon, but metro prices were great, especially if you got a full day pass. Hotel included breakfast which was awesome, and air conditioning was fantastic. room a little small but all televisions were in English

the first time we took a shower the shower head came off and hit me in head, it came off several times after that so it was an obvious issue, not sure if previous occupants reported issue. The minute we mentioned to staff, they replaced shower head immediately.

The hotel was lovely . The pool was good but somewhat crowded. The hotel was good value for money but just too far from the hub of things for late dining etc.

I like the location and the pool. Also the bed was quite comfortable. It was in a quiet area, has a pool, and is very clean.

The shower was difficult to get the right temp-either boiling hot or freezing. Took a bit to get it right. The AC sounded like a shower was running the whole night, which was probably the worst part about the room. The room size was very small for the price, but there was a pool.

The room had really really small window so there was not any daily light during the day. The eggs etc. were every day cold and the juices were diluted

The only small minus was that they told me in the evening they would have a takeaway breakfast for me, as I had to leave before breakfast was served, but when checking out they had forgot to prepare it. Otherwise the hotel was nice and staff very service minded

Location was good for us, near park and easy access to city center. Staff was helpful and breakfast good. Rooftop pool nothing special but a pool.

Room was super small and we had problems with aircon that made our room super windy and freezing. Only shutting aircon down from the central system worked that made a small room a bit stuffy. It was not possible to adjust aircon from the room but the staff did their best by using the central system.

- Breakfast could have been better; few choices. Plus it would have been nice if there was some local portuguese food - Noisy AC and the temperature is fixed centrally which means you cannot adjust the temperature in your room. - Very poor choices of food available at bar/restaurant for dinner.
