Cons: The AC was a tad bit finicky, it was either a little too hot or a little too cold and there was no way to program a "smart" auto setting in the thermostat. You could set it to a temperature, and if it wasn't quite at that temp, it the heater would turn on, too cold and the AC would turn on. I didn't want the heater to turn on but there wasn't a way to turn that part off. Not a huge biggie at all but that's my only complaint.

Cons: The room next was making a lot of noise and it came through an adjoining door. We called the front desk and within 15 minutes they were quiet. The moved us to a quiet room the next day.

Cons: I felt the room was overwhelmingly fragranced with deodorizer

Cons: There was no hot water. My stay was less than 12 hours long. All I needed was a bed and hot water. After my cold shower, I notified the front desk about the lack of hot water. They said that they would fix it. I said, well that doesn't change the fact that I took a cold shower and now I'm late for my meetings. They just kind of stared at me. I will never stay at a Comfort Inn again.

Cons: Dirty, no extra towels, no extra blankets, broken Crack pipes under the bed. Water constantly dripping from shower faucet. Hookers, and no security. Stains on the walls and holes in the walls and doors. Beds were horrible felt like the mates was 20 years old. Only 6 channels on the TV and only 2 were clear enough to watch. Screen was torn on the window like someone had to jump out the window. At Breakfast there were empty cereal dispensers and only 4 pastries which we had 8 of us. Got a WiFi code but WiFi didn't connect. Not worth the money spent

Cons: The staff was beyond awful, as if we were an inconvenience to them and we never asked for anything at all. Simply checked into the room, and checked out the next afternoon, and went to the Holiday Inn down the road. When fist entering the lobby, there was a very upset guest shouting to the girl Amanda at the front desk and her manager a female standing behind her employee and arguing back with the guest. Instead of solving his issue, I watched in disbelief as this guy really wasn't asking for much, and after he gave up on trying you could see the exhaustion on this poor guys face, he kindly asked them for a garbage bag for his laundry they told him to go buy his own. Then on checkout same thing I went down to give them my key and I'm witnessing another guest yelling and police were being called and once again it appeared from what I heard that this man was in the right. He had his family with children and grandma standing outside the building while fighting inside with the staff. At check out I made the obvious comment, and mind you I was not rude or mean about it in Amy way, I even stood up for her at one point when the customer called her a name but anyway, that I've never witnessed so many upset customers in such little time, the manager herself quote on quote said, if you don't lke it there's plenty of hotels in the block to go too, I said wow, that's actually exactly what I'm doing. It was my very first time staying at a Red Roof Inn and definitely the last. I do NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TOO ANYONE, BUSINESS OR LEISURE. IT WAS AN AWKWARD AND EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE FEELING APPROACHING ANY STAFF MEMBER. They had landscapers outside at the time that I'm sure are not employed by Red Roof Inn and,even those guys while I was loading my car commented on the staff in a negative manner and another guest (African American) outside smoking at that moment, overheard the landscapers and agreed and said he felt as though they judged him but was too tired to even try going anywhere else so he simply stayed there. THEY DO NOT DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS AND,THIS GOES OUT TO ANYONE AND EVERYONE. I am actually writing this wile staying at a motel 6 rigt now as I write this and paying much less, getting treated like I'm cared for and appreciated yet I pre-judged the motel 6 at first.

Cons: The location was in undesirable location as a single female travelling alone I felt uncomfortable, I ended up staying with a friend at another hotel because I did not want to stay by myself there.

Cons: I tried to book another night and the guy at the front told me I had to check out then check in sounded crazy seem like he didn't want to help me

Cons: I got a room here because it was closer to our training center in phoenix my wife was with me because she needs the attention and help she is in bed rest due to a high risk pregnancy ... I called to extened our stay 2 more days because of a change of our schedule so i did so called reception the lady named amanda said i couldnt pay over the phone to call customer service and pre pay and call her back with confirmation to avoid my wife being bothered ... I called pre paid the 2 nights at 9am at 12:15 pm my wife calls she had to go down stairs to be rekeyed when she gets there she is told she has to leave the room because i have to go in person and pay for the room in person i was in training of course i couldnt leave i talked to Amanda again and her response was if i didnt go the room reservation was no good i told her numerous times i was busy and gave her the confirmation number she didnt care so i had to leave my class and take my wife to another hotel she was very sick that afternoon due to the problem that was caused i dont recomend kayak to keep sending your slients to this place unless they change staff members

Cons: staff seemed indifferent. my wife had a little difficulty with the vending machine and asked for help, staff member looked at her and said, sorry can't help, instructions are self-explanatory, then walked away. toilet had not been cleaned. kind of scary looking guy driving around the parking lot at least 4 times. mentioned it to another staff and was told, oh, it's probably nothing. no breakfast, room seemed quite austere. certainly did not seem worth the price.

Cons: Well when I checked in they gave me the run around when I got there . That should of stopped us , but it was the night before Easter and everywhere was booked. So I go to the bank and come back. The attendee at the front told me he had a room upstairs for me for when I get back. I was only gone 15 mins and he gives my room away. I got into my room and there was one set of towels and tow of us so I called to Order more and they asked why I needed them

Cons: Cockroaches everywhere, even in the rooms. In a bad part of town. The rooms were very small and the place was just dirty when we got there.

Cons: It's a sketchy place. A stranger knocked on my door. Not enough towels supplied or large towels supplied. Cheapest bed and sheets affordable. It's a place to sleep but don't expect luxury.

Cons: Allow me to paint a picture of my check-in and the kind of clientele strolling the motel grounds. A woman, well hydrated on adult bevergaes, complaining about counterfeit bills stumbled out of the office, a man in a haze walked by me asking if I wanted to buy something out of his bookbag, and a dude screaming off his balcony all helped to welcome me for my stay. I got a non-smoking room that smelled like somebody just smoked a whole carton at once without even taking the wrapper off. The rug had about a hundred cigarette burns. Walls, baseboards, and the door were fiiiilthy. There was no remote for the tv and the tv wasn't even plugged in. Probably because there was no outlet available for it, so the cord had to be plugged in across the bathroom sink for it to work (sounds safe, right?). Pulled the cover off the bed and there was some random hair and other dirt on the sheets. Had to actually take a personal blanket and pillow from the car to sleep on. Checked in way too late at night to deal with any switching of rooms. Just wanted to go to sleep and leave as soon as possible in the morning. DO. NOT. STAY. HERE.

Cons: Knights Inn was the WORST hotel I have ever stayed in. The plumbing was not functioning, the plumbing fixtures were damaged, the bathroom had mold and mildew present, the interior wall surfaces were damaged or missing, there was no maid service, fresh towels or linens were not available, COCKROACHES were present in the bathroom. I AGREED TO STAY AT THIS HOTEL BASED ON THE REVIEWS ON YELP. IT IS OBVIOUS THAT THE RATINGS WERE WRONG

Cons: Bugs everywhere, you have to pay a $10 fee for the remote to watch tv.

Cons: Drugs infested , bugs. Roaches , fighting

Cons: A/C didn't work. Got maintenance to swap it out. 3 a/c units later finally got 1 that worked. Didn't have a cover and was very loud. TV has volume control set at 50% so you can't hear it over loud a/c unit. Lamps didn't work and ceiling light went out on our way out the door. Drug Dealers and Hookers stay at this place and at least 1 fight between homeless people in the parking lot. At least they didn't charge extra for the Cockroaches staying in the room with us... If you are thinking about staying at this place RUN Don't walk to another place!!!

Cons: The hotel is in a horrible area. It is right near the freeway, the train tracks, and a strip club. There was a creepy guy riding his bike in the parking lot at 1am when we arrived. If you have to stay here bring your own pillows. You might as well sleep on a piece of cardboard otherwise. The beds are really uncomfortable. Would not recommend unless absolutely desperate for a cheap stay.

Cons: Entering into property had freeway traffic exiting onto it. Rooms were extreamly dirty. Bring you shoes to kill the roaches. Had men knocking at my door at 1:30 am and again at 2:10. Called manager. They came to only find out it was their friends. Firecrackers at 3:00 am. Went to get ice and felt like we were going to get mugged. Pool Closed. People sleeping in corners of hotel. Trash not removed from premises. No security. Was charged $6.00 extra because the website did not show it. Not stating what for. Had no refund sign posted. Extreamly bad neighborhood. Heard gun shots. I would 110% not recomened this hotel. Do not bring children here. Pack you gun if you want to stay. Not toilet paper holder. Toilet paper was on the tank top. Torn drapes that did not close. Front door was warped to where you could see the sidewalk outside. No glass fixture over light on the ceiling. Many more things wrong. To nurmorous to waist any more time on.

Cons: If we’d known something about this part of town we wouldn’t have booked here. Spend the extra money to go somewhere else!

Cons: Rough part of town. Graffiti in room. No hand soap. Unfriendly staff. Fights and yelling from neighboring stayers.

Cons: Everything, the room was dirty, towels stained, no bulbs in the lights, wall receptacles didn't work, door lock insecure, false advertisement, full size bed and it was advertised king size, requested a fridge for medicine never came, people knocking on the door in the middle of the night.

Cons: The room did not have a telephone or a remote. I was offered drugs while walking to my room.

Cons: Blood stains. Smelled bad. I will never ever stay here again
