Cons: They could not find my reservation I made through kayak so they made me rebook and then refused to cancel the first one when they ultimately found it - and told me it was my fault There was no manager on site so I dealt with a child younger than my own children who was clearly incompetent and indignant- AND I have to now fight for my refund - let’s just say NEVER again

Cons: Small parking spaces.

Cons: Rooms are noisy and dated - renovation needed badly - too expensive for location and the standard

Cons: I did not like the surrounding neighborhood so much and it wasn't very clean and it just want very standout. I felt it was overpriced for what it was. I probably won't stay there again.

Cons: Housekeeping came by twice before check out time.

Cons: Housekeeping staff was not as helpful as could have been, asking us to take requested items up to room. Facilities seemed a bit dinghy. Neighborhood was not super close to downtown attractions or lots of dining options. Offered shuttle service was highly limited to 4 runs a day with only 11 seats and only a short range of destinations.

Cons: I found the rooms too small for an extended stay. I was looking for a suite and there was barely room for a chair and our 2 suitcases.

Cons: traffic noise, odd number rooms face the road and have more traffic noise, suggest requesting a room with even number. Internet was sometimes difficult to connect to

Cons: Noisy rooms due to motel-style hotel (every room had a door to outside) room had a very strong perfume-smell like febreeze; poor quality breakfast (salty scrambled eggs, cold pancakes, paper plates/cutlery) , small room, tub would not hold water, shower spray poor, bathroom soap/ shampoo too little, worst of all Non-existing WiFi ! Do not stay here...stay anywhere else.

Cons: The shower curtain rod was a little loose and the shower kept sliding to the center of the shower. Pretty minor complai t overall.

Cons: The only complain which is trivial is the breakfast menus. I understand its hard to please everyone but the hours were great.

Cons: My computer got hacked and they are still useing my IP address after I left

Cons: A bit of a party place on the weekend but folks were polite...

Cons: 1) no elevator and on the second floor 2) on entering the room, there were bugs all over the window and on the second bed 3) a very tired looking room and furnishings 4) the toilet mechanism kept sticking and would not refill the tank after flushing 5) a background odor, sort of musty 6) mediocre TV channel selection 7) noisy AC / heating unit 8) sort of unappealing part of town

Cons: The room was not vacuumed well upon arrival, the surrounding neighborhood is slightly derelict.

Cons: Maintenance Guy doesn't knock before entering rooms..he was looking for another room for repairs but accidentally entered ours. SUGGESTION: For training purposes any employee should always knock on a guest door ...EVEN IF THEY THINK IT IS EMPTY :)

Cons: Dirty. Mildew in bathroom that wiped off easily - not sure why they can't clean it. Shower curtain smelled. Wi-Fi was out. Phone in office was out so it was a pain for me to change the reservation-had to call bookings.com and let them talk to the front desk with my cell phone. Towels were thin. Only one pillow per person. Only one washer & dryer and one key to the room so we had a hard time doing laundry. Abandoned car in the lot.
