Cons: My first night there the shower was not draining had to call the plummer and the 2 night stand light wasn't working call the maintenance guy and he said the outlet wasn't working and the hair dryer wasn't working they had it replaced. I request to be moved my 2nd night

Pros: Valet were nice as well as the bell man. Food is good. Casino is there.
Cons: Rude front desk. Rooms were not the ones we reserved. Only one Elevator. Rooms/ bathrooms messy. When I asked about the room Front desk was snotty and rude. Telling us to put up with it.

Pros: Enjoyed the great staff at this hotel. From personalized cards from the room staff, to the cleanliness of the entire hotel. Great job. Definitely recommendit for families.
Cons: That we weren't told about the beautiful buffet in the morning. If I would have been toldwr would have stayed for breakfast. I was later told from a family member we visited in Tijuana that their food is delicious.

Pros: We got a GREAT deal!! Also, they have a very attentive staff, courteous and very helpful. They have clean, comfortable rooms...ours had a really nice view, fast room service, and a nice little Casino on site.
Cons: We only stayed one night and found nothing negative to say. A pool would be nice but since it was cold and raining, it didn't matter.

Pros: I have to say that the place was nice. Ive stayed at other hotels in Tijuana and others look good from outside but lack quality in the room. The Pueblo Amigo Hotel and Casino has nice rooms and the room we stayed had a great bed. I was hoping for some type of entertainment there other than just gambling. Some live music would have been nice. The Bar was small and not a good place to just chill.

Cons: Made and paid my reservation online and hotel couldn't find it until I had to make phone calls and tell them teir own confirmation number, that was the only way they found my room, took about half hour to check in, promissed me an extra free breakfast, next morning different staff was there and did not even get the included breakfasts.

Cons: The hotel lied, there was no balcony there was no bath tub, the room didn't look like the pictures at all. And the bed was like sleeping on a rock.

Pros: First off, the hotel looks nothing like the images. The staff is friendly. They are pretty good with English. Which is great cause I speak no Spanish. There is a complimentary breakfast included. Pet friendly.
Cons: We were in a junior suite. The room was ok. Our outlets were not working. So there was no charging of devices. The hotel is set up like a cruise ship, where you have to have your room key in order to get electricity to your room. When you check in, you are given two remotes. One is for your air conditioning and the other is for the tv. Our shower head was rusty and the water tasted of salt. One night, there were these incredibly loud females who were obnoxious and stomped around and were laughing at incredible decibels.

Pros: We were given a room that was already occupied, but the lady at the front desk was amazing and wonderful and apologetic -- she fixed the problem instantly . . . by upgrading us to a suite, which we hadn't asked for!
Cons: For a new building, it sure creaks like an old one . . . when somebody above, below, or on the side moves. And the windows are pretty thin for an urban setting; those late-night sirens don't make it inside at some other hotels, but they rang loud-and-clear here.

This hotel is located in the Old Town some 8 minutes from the bus station as well as about 15 minutes from the international airport. This airport and business hotel is built in a modern design with Mexican detailing, surrounded by bougainvillea flowers. Renovated in 2006, it comprises a total of 140 rooms spread over 4 floors. Amongst the facilities count: an entrance hall with 24-hour reception, lift access, a cloakroom and a hotel safe. Further facilities include a function room for various events or conferences as well as a business centre (equipped with photocopier, wireless Internet access, a fax machine, computers and a printer). The culinary offer includes a restaurant, bar, café and dining hall. In addition, there is a shuttle transport service to and from the airport, laundry, room and medical services and disability-friendly facilities are also available to guests. Parking is also available. All rooms are spacious and come with an en suite bathroom with hairdryer and toiletries as well as a king-size or double beds, and a seating/lounge area. Facilities include a direct dial telephone line, satellite/cable TV, stereo equipment and Internet access. Heating and air conditioning are centrally regulated. In addition, there are ironing facilities, a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, tea/ coffee maker, and either a balcony or a terrace.
