Cons (-) Unexplicably, the administration decided to have 3 elevators (2 for guests and 1 for services) repaired and not working during the weekend of Jan-31 to Feb-3, which resulted in guest cues for the working ones, which were also used for services (eg, carry extra beds to rooms). Pros (+) Close to markets, restaurants, museums, cultural sites, and waterfront. Great views from every side of hotel. Quick check in and friendly staff. Hotel store with many items. Easy parking. Good room, very clean and comfortable. Recently renovated building--very nicely done. Great breakfast bar and a la carte. Attentive staff in hotel and restaurant. Great value.

Pros (+) Clean, courteous and helpful staff, good location. Would stay there again without hesitation. Highly recommended.
Cons (-) Would have been if breakfast, for about $100 a night, was included. There is an option to have breakfast included but the nightly stay would have been more than $100 a night.
