Pros:The staff inside were kind and nice
Cons:The bread was empty at some point.
Cons:I booked this online but then found out - only when I arrived at the check in desk - that my flight had been cancelled. I'd tried to change my flight from November 16th to the 18th and somehow - unbeknownst to me - the whole thing was cancelled. It was confusing for the Asky people on site, the online number I had only offered more confusion...and in the end, it was cancelled.

Pros:My flight was shifted an entire day late, interrupting my previous plans. I also had carry-on luggage that was almost checked through to my final destination, however on a previous flight of their's they had lost my checked baggage. I would not recommend this airline to anyone who needs flights to be on time or luggage to arrive

Cons:Missed flight due to wrong booking information which showed flight departing at 12:00 noon; upon arrival for check-in, was informed flight departed at 10:30 am

Cons:Virtually everything about the boarding process was disorganized. We were met by Asky staff shouting out names to hand over our boarding passes for the connecting flight. The flight was well over two hours late (for a 40-minute flight, this was frustrating and completely unexplained by the crew). We had to be transported by bus to the plane and that was another hour-long process with very little apology from the overworked and overwhelmed staff. Ethiopian Airlines and ASKY appears to be a bargain in terms of price but I would be highly unlikely to use them in the future after such a disappointing introduction. I’m sure they lost several dozen repeat clients because of the disorganized nature of their transfers from Newark and the nonchalant attitude of their staff. I would not recommend this, especially for elderly and disabled passengers or families with young children.
Retard cuisant et criard. Inadmissible. Corruption et pratique non recommandable du personnel chargé de faire le Check des billets avant de passer au comptoir d’enregistrement. La dame qui me recevait voulait à tout prix me coller pour se faire d’argent. L’avion devrait faire escale à Douala donc on ne descend pas au sol. Pourquoi me demander où exiger que je devrais avoir un visa sur le Cameroun. C’est inadmissible. J’allais au Tchad et elle sait bien que je n’avais pas non plus besoin de visa compte tenu des accords de réciprocité entre état. J’avais mon visa et pourtant elle insistait. Ce qui était marrant ces collègues étaient complices. J’ai dû hausser le ton et l’insulter proprement. Mon adrénaline a monté. Trop de corrompus et moins de gens intègres dans vos rangs que ce soit à Cotonou et surtout à Accra. A Cotonou à l’agence principale, il vous faut un audit pour le personnel chargé de ventes des billets. Merci de transmettre à Asky
