Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, spacious rooms, and good breakfast offerings. However, several reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness and service, including slow or unresponsive staff, room readiness, and housekeeping standards. While many guests appreciated the value for money and some experienced helpful staff and free upgrades, others encountered problems such as poor hygiene, maintenance issues, and unmet expectations regarding amenities. Overall, the positives focused on location, room size, and breakfast, but service and cleanliness require improvement.
