flight canceled, after 6 hours waiting in the airport talking to very nasty untrained aeromexico people ... i had to stay teh night in mexico city and they put me in teh cheapest hotel ive slept in my life without A/C ... worst day of my life... DO NOT FLY AEROMEXICO!!!
Waited 3 hours for luggage b/c it cam out of the wrong carousel.

My gosh, Aeromexico really just couldn’t be any worse. From start to finish, everything was terrible. Canceled flights, losing a day of our vacation, having to stay the night in Mexico City because of said canceled flight, no entertainment system, horrible turbulence, flight attendants who couldn’t be bothered to do their jobs. It’s just a horrible airline and Covid has made it worse. Avoid if you can and go with Delta or Alaska.
The flight boarded from the most remote gate in the whole airport, so it's a long walk from wherever you are (Gate F). Since this seems to be the most recent addition to the airport, then there's nothing at that gate in regards to shopping, drinks or food. We were just connecting from a LONG flight and didn't have time to eat. Other than that, the crew was supper attentive, the flight left on time (SURPRISE!) and got to Torreon earlier than expected.
Business-class looks more like an economy plus. They have practically nothing to offer on broad. Really disappointed

We landed and were kept on board 40 minutes after landing with no explanation! I tweeted the airline for help which they replied asking for the flight number and then ignored everything else. Very unprofessional. Very bad experience
3 hours delay
A crew member was very rude and forced us to check in our carry on although we were sitting on row 7 we explained that we didn't have any checked in bags and did this so we could speed up our exit. He was very rude and grabbed our luggage's and tagged them to be checked in and said everyone has to check them in there is not space on the plane. As soon as we got on the plane we could see all the available overhead space and multiple people behind us with luggage's that were bigger than ours brought them on the plane. The fact that he was so rude really made the flight experience horrible. His attitude felt like he singled us out and just wanted to ruin our day which he did.

I flew first class and I was beyond disappointed. It was a regular coach configuration the entire plane. The only thing that made it “first class” was a spacer between the two coach seats. I paid for first class, not a piece of plastic between seats. What a joke. I was served a 3 ounce portion of wine and nothing more. I had one Kit Kat bar . This is not what I would expect from AeroMexico and a Delta partner. Might as well stick to Volaris if that’s their idea of “first class”
SkyTeam Elite Plus status was not recognized by Aeromexico (it was on my outbound flight - I even got upgraded - the return flight was a complete 180 degree experience). The flight was not properly catered. No wine available other than in first class, only beer option was Michelob Ultra. Not the crews fault, likely just poor logistics with catering and ground personnel. At the time, masking was required but not properly enforced at all.
