Crews were good. Meals were served cold. The quality of the food was very poor.
They were feeding us like animals . They brought all items at same times .
Half of entertainment system not working
It was very difficult to deal with Kayak because of schedule change with Airindia flight.

Time management was pathetic . Our plane was hold on run way more than 45 Minutes . Other Air lines plane were quickly flying & we were waiting on side track as if Air India is not prime important air line
Issue of boarding passes in SFO was a worst terrible experience .Several senior citizens like we were forced get boarding passes in long line . This activity it took more than 1Hours 20 Minutes . For customer senior citizens it was big punishment which could have been avoided by simple process of installing self boarding declaration . Except Air India all other air lines self boarding data feed counter were working on the SFO airport . Why Air India is felling to do this simple software installation job on air port ???. Inspite of giant support of Tata groups TCS why Air India is lagging for such simple matters ???? . Review about flight AI184 SFO->DEL The flight was a mess, the seats were dirty, no power supply for laptops, the entertainment system was broken, the footrest was broken, the crew as extremely rude. I will try to avoid Air India, unless there is an emergency situation.
Air India will go places. Their in-flight crew are good, and the overall experience is far better than the arrogance of Indigo.
Baggage was damaged
Flight was delayed by 2 hours and we missed connecting flight, there was no alternative arrangements were made
Lack coordination while boarding. Individuals move seats as they please at times. Some seats on aisles did not recline. There was no entertainment during the flight. Flight crew were respectful.
The 787 Dreamliner had seen better days. The video monitor to ages to respond to commands & the picture was blurry. No one’s USB port seemed to be working. Food was “meh” at best. This is where Air India should sparkle!
Air India crews and the food was the best. Only frustration I had was most of the inflight tv did not work and even could not be started . I have been to many airports in the world but as soon as I landed my phones and computers started working with the in house airport WiFi but it did not work in any Indian airports. They must work on it. People can live without paneer biryani but they really need internet.

From jfk to Kolkata service not good I request more than two times (water) nobody respond no blanket in my seat I ask no response But new Delhi to kolkata service very good out side of India they should be good service then it will be good for economy also
The flight is old , broken and had cockroaches crawling down the aisle . The inflight entertainment console didn’t work . The boarding was a nightmare. And Delhi airport was utter chaos .Have to take the bags from baggage claim and recheck in of you have to transfer flights . Def won’t recommend flying this airline or this route to anyone .!
Seat is broken Also when you eat the dinner plate I have to hold the dinner plate in my hand because that 1 is broke also too Not good bad customer service

Plane was not in good conditions. Tv are not working. Bathroom are disgusting. Food are very low quality. Pay so much money to got the tickets. Never fly with me or India.
The seats have very very small leg space and very small too.
