First the vehicle I got from Enterprise. I waited at airport Madinah for car 5 hours. Eventhough I informed my landing at morning 4:30 I received th car at 11:30.. When renting there is no people can speaks English and even I told the return place and date different than reservation no one listened me. Also I told 100 times to arrange as full cover insurance but they didn’t do it. When return it Jeddah there is no office at airport “Incredible” and I return in the city and pay extra taxi fare 70riyals!! The Vehicle I return at Jeddah instead of Riyadh and 4 days earlier. There is no report or information about refund yet! Return point people also doesn’t speak English it was a hard experience. I rented the car Riyadh from Sixt because of this reason.
