Pros:my flight going to Peru was disappointing the entertainment unit in front of me did not work I tried to get help from the steFf but they just smile and walk away service was terrible on my way back from Peru the plane broke down in Bogotá Columbia we were trapped inside the plane for three hours with no air-conditioning we disembarked and they offered us to stay in a hotel but the hotel voucher took a very long time to receive we ended up going to the hotel at 3 o’clock in the morning to get up at 5 o’clock in the morning for the return flights very disappointed will not fly Avianca again
