The system couldn't provide me a collision insurance while I was trying to rent the car via KAYAK. I tried but failed. Then I had to have on the desk and became much more expensive. Nearly doabled the price finally.Reviewed Feb 23 2024

Cons:when I booked the car I thought i was getting a allweel drive suv but NO it was a SUV that was only FWD ARE YOU KIDDING ! in the Future how can I make sure that i have All Weel Drive when I book my rental Cars . Please help this was not the first time this has happend .Reviewed Jan 25 2018

Strange customer service repPros:The price of the rental carCons:The AGNET charged me two security deposites. One valued at 1600 euros which was not even registered in the rental contract. It was really fishy. Also, the agnet tried to rip me off by charging me additional 350 euros for changing the drop off location within the same city. i refused and eventually changed the drop off location at no additional charge.Reviewed Jul 5 2017
