Pros (+) Easy to find and easy access to plazas and embassies and also nightlife. But nightlife is noisy and your hotel mates can be noisy. The hall can make quite and echo so if they make noise you will hear everything. The hotel has a nice design and feels fresh.
Cons (-) This area os Bangkok can be described as a dirtyish party center close to the fancy plazas. People can be quite pushy and during the night the tourists will be drunk and disorderly.
