Pros: Great location on Boston Harbor. Get a room with a harbor view and you can also see the airplanes take off and land at Logan Airport - fun to watch.

Pros: Ease of Everything. Literally the easiest most helpful check-in experience of my entire life. I've experienced enough VIP check-ins in many places. And this was a bind best price for value internet purchase. I'd never stay anywhere else.

Pros: The hotel was beautiful and the beds fabulous. The best part of our amazing stay was the service. Jerry at the front desk and Steve, the concierge, went above and beyond to treat me, my daughter and two grandsons to a memorable introduction to Boston including sightseeing, public transportation, wonderful restaurants. I have visited world class hotels all my life and never experienced this level of caring and guidance. Bravo!!!

Pros: Great location! We were able to walk to many local attractions and restaurants. The hotel room and bathroom were quite spacious. We had 4 adults in one room since one of our sons lives in the building next door. We figured we would be at his apartment most of the time and wanted to save on rooms. There was plenty of room to move around even with all the luggage. The queen size beds were much appreciated by all and the large bathroom with separate tub and shower never felt crowded. We loved the back lawn area overlooking the water. We sat out there and had cocktails and played a game of corn hole/bags with our sons.

Pros: This was a much nicer hotel than I expected for the money I paid. We were traveling with two children and had no problems. Everyone, especially the concierge was friendly and helpful. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from Quincy Market and the Aquarium. The Italian North end is just a little further. Great overall experience.
Cons: The only downside was the parking at the hotel was extremely expensive and was valet only. I'm sure there were other less expensive options nearby, but we didn't want the hassle of driving around the city with two crabby kids in the car.
Located in Waterfront, this hotel is steps away from New England Aquarium, Boston Harbor and Long Wharf. Quincy Market and Faneuil Hall Marketplace are also within 10 minutes. Aquarium is only a 2-minute walk and State St. Station is 7 minutes.

Pros: Clean, comfortable, GREAT location, excellent amenities, friendly staff, good restaurant and bar. Definitely will be my choice of place to stay when I return to Boston!

Cons: We purchased a package that included breakfast, but there was confusion on the staffs part as to which place we could eat. Paying $60 for parking when you're paying over $250 for a night is a bit excessive.

Pros: We love staying at this hotel. We had a great view of Quincy Market and the city landscape. We like being close to the North End. Our room was clean and comfortable
Cons: The hallway on our floor was a little dirty. Used glasses and dishes placed outside of rooms waiting to be picked up along with some spilled food on the rug.

Pros: Location. Next to wharf to get Codzilla, tour boats of Boston Harbor and islands, and ferries. Restaurants and Aquarium right there. Short walk to Faneuil Hall and North End. Also next to Aquarium subway stop.

Pros: The whole hotel was impeccably clean...wonderful. The room service was super fast. The location is close to so many great things in walking distance of hotel! The maid service was terrific; very friendly and thorough.
Cons: The internet was fast - once you got on it. For a luxury hotel, internet connection is typically included in the price of your stay. As a Marriott rewards member I was surprised it was not free...apparently I was not at the right level. The parking was overpriced - one member of our group parked and $51 a day was extremely high. The cluster of cars, buses, taxes etc at the entrance was poorly managed. Pedestrians were at risk, guests at risk, and children at risk - there did not appear to be anyone in control of the flow of traffic coming in an out of the entrance area. High risk.

Pros: Hotel is next to all the boats that cruise the harbor, harbor islands and to to Provincetown - also next to Aquarium, near Faneuil Hall and North End.
Cons: Expensive, 'harbor' rooms don't have good view of harbor - they are on the side of the hotel.

Pros: Staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They live customer service here. Natalie Guarino was outstanding! The door man sang Happy Birthday to our granddaughter. We were a family group of five adults and four small children. The experience couldn’t have been better.
Cons: There was a bit of updating needed in the rooms, fraying carpet, etc.
