Pros (+) Comfort of beds was great. The Lobby was very attractive. Room was clean, but not sound proof.
Cons (-) Requested additional wash cloth that never came. The ceiling had been repaired at one time for a water leak and needed permanent repair as it was beginning to deteriorate. Had to call about internet access. No one explained about free (unsecured) line vs. premium secured line at a cost. Pros (+) Staff were outstanding at all times Kudos to hiring management for understanding the importance and knowledge to choose those who know how to deliver excellence! Very nice rooms with comfortable clean rooms. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!!
