The service was terrible. we could not find a number to call when we landed in vienna, but after searching the website the # that was listed was offline. We Ubered it to the location (20 min drive from the airport), and when we got there and asked the staff how we were supposed to contact them, they said by phone. When said we had tried, he just shrugged. The staff who was there when we dropped off the car was a lot nicer, but the overall experience with Greenmotion was not great. I would probably not rent with them again.2.0 Poor
