Cons:The fact that the check-in crew at Singapore seemed to local contractors who had absolutely no ability to look into a passenger's ticket. Went to airport at Singapore 2 hours early to go to Chongqin. Was told could not board because my middle name was an initial only, and was not spelled out. Check-in crew told me to call the airline in China to solve the problem. After 1.5 hours of talking to West Air in China and getting hanged up on on several times, the plane departed without me. I have not received a refund for my ticket.
