Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing public transport. Many reviews highlight the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the good breakfast selection. Comfortable beds and clean rooms are also mentioned positively. However, several guests found the rooms to be too small, especially for families, and there were some negative experiences related to air conditioning, noise, and in one case, cleanliness due to bedbugs. Overall, the positives around location, service, and breakfast stand out.
