Pros:

The super pleasant associate checked us in efficiently and quickly. She went over the details for our prepaid rental accurately, and gave us directions out of the Plaza Casino.

Cons:

Prices could be better!!!!

Pros:

Customer service doesn't answer the phone. We had multiple issues with the car that probably could have been resolved by phone but they are not answering their phone lines due to covid. Emails take 5 days to get a response. We ended up having to drive 2 hours out of our way to take the car back because we just wanted to switch to another company.

Customer service!!

Booked a car due to having to leave because a family member died. Looked all over Fremont street. Finally found it. Waited for 20 min because they were on break just for them to tell me they didn’t have any cars or my rental available and said I needed to call around for a new one.

Be aware that rentals are often scheduled to be picked up downtown, NOT at the airport. This is very common and easy to overlook. Many renters won't realize that they are at the wrong location until it is too late, like me.

They had me renting a car that was 55$ cab ride from the airport. When we arrived they did not have the car I had reserved. I was upset and she said they never have that specific car at this spot and it’s only ever at the airport. They tried putting me in car that was not comparable but I was still expected to pay the premium price. We went back to the airport only to find out we were now on the DO NOT RENT TO!! We ended renting from SixT and they were a lot more helpful! They didn’t lie to us and it was way cheaper. Enterprise and eat 💩 and live!!!!

When I arrived to the agency, they said that there's no car left. So I had no car for my road trip, and couldn't find one anywhere except in the TURO application for private vehicules. I really hope I get a refund.

So, the representative was really nice and hard working. There was a long line. Avetis over works this poor man. I waited more than 1 hour and he was working so hard to clean the cars, inspect the cars, help people pick up the vehicles, and help people drop off the vehicles. After waiting on In a line, they were no cars for me. How this works is that they except your reservation, and it is on the first base first come first serve basis

At completion of the rental, I received a pop-up stating I would be contacted when a vehicle became available. I never received any confirmation from them. My attempts to call were met with either a full voicemail or a redirect to the hotel. They left me a voicemail day of the rental to tell me that they go to lunch at noon so they need me to come before then. I had long made other arrangements by then. I will not be using them or this site for rental cars again.

The car was not cleaned per covid protocols. It was not washed and inside had dust on surfaces which leads me to believe high touch surfaces not done.
