Cons (-) We called two times for a shuttle service to pick up my family from the airport, but they replied that there wasn't a shuttle service. On our return to the airport we found out that there was a shuttle service.

Pros (+) The hotel is located at the best spot in Dubai. It's right next to the metro, and it's behind Dubai Mall. The rooms are very clean and very big. I got two bedrooms and two bathrooms and large living room with workstation desk. The wifi was good enough for free and the parking service was really good.
Cons (-) The front lobby was a little bit small, it's like you're sitting next to the people who are checking in with the front desk, there is another lobby with a cafe but still the front lobby is where you want to wait for people or your car.
