Pros:The staff was friendly and useful.Cons:The car was dirty and smelled bad. We bought clorox wipes to clean some of the dried stains that we found; it helped with the smell. We also kept the windows open as much as possible to let the air circulate. After a couple days, the smell was contained.Reviewed Aug 17 2019

Pros:The drop was really simple and quick.Cons:There should be a non-diesel option regardless of the car size. When I went to pick up the car, I was told that I would have to pay extra $25 to get a non-diesel car, which was not specified when I was making the reservation.Reviewed Jul 10 2019

Pros:Everything was quick and easy. Got really busy at pick up but they put more staff on the floor immediately. Drop off was quick, no issues! It was easy to find, well marked. Shuttle service very timely. Excellent service and value.Cons:Nothing, it was great!Reviewed Jun 14 2019
