Sitting in an aisle seat, the crew seemed to bump me often, including running a cart into my knee. I had to hjand-carry our dinner trays back to "kitchen" -- crew was busy eating their own meals.
No entertainment in this internal flight Airbus A321 and that’s fine, one of the stewardesses was not friendly, warming even after the hassle of getting this flight due to a delayed flight
More choice for food, flight was delayed prior to leaving and en route and when I landed we had to park at gate 49 which was the furthest gate to where I had to go to plus go through passport control to catch my connecting flight, I did make it as Finnair delayed the departure for transit passengers but someone from Finnair should have met these people to help them
I paid extra for seat selection got the confirmation but selected seat was not given to me. Would like to have full refund for the service paid but not received.
There was no variety of enteretainment in terms of movies as for long journey both side with hangover either one wish to eat well and sleep well or then watch tv. As food was not good and not enough and there were no movie except 2-3 indian movies and even english other movies had no option of sub titles in english. seat are too small and not comfortable. the wash rooms were not fully equipped with toileteries and every time i visited i had to ask staff to refill toilet paper and hand napkins. in totality i traveled first time and experience was not great. i was booked with wheel chair and window seat and one sector they did not gave me window seat despite my booking and confirmation. i also lost my eye classes in pocket and complained but no one allow me to go back in flight and search in pockets. they sent someone and he confirmed thee is none but i was fully sure that i left my eye classes in front seat pocket in eye glass container
food quantity and quality both need to improve. there were only two juice variety blue berry and orange also tea served was cold. Crew was not concerned about timing and were serving juice, tea and food altogether, how can one take hot and cold drink together. even when asked for soda, there was no availability of spirit instead diet code or fanta was available which i dont take. being AVML the quantity of food for such a long flight with long handover one need good quality and quantity of food. The bread is too small, no dessert and salad was too small portion.
Be aware that Iberia is the only European carrier that still requires you to wear masks the entire flight. In the middle of my flight a woman stands up and starts screaming at everyone to wear their masks correctly as they are putting her life in danger. If that is your thing then then this is a great airline to take. If you don’t feel like wearing a mask at this point for a 12 hour flight then you should take any other airline.
Not enough food for a 10+ hour flight. Boarding was slow. Air was super dry. Everyone was coughing. 😬
Booked seating on Chatdeals, only to find out the seat selections had disappeared and no record of it. Ended up seating in the middle.! Never, ever, not sat by the window. Chat Deals never got back to me when I asked about my seats. Bad seating ruined my trip due to poor service from Chat Deals.
The person checking us into the plane,.calling zones was rude and bothered when asked a question. Couldn't check in on line for some reason. The crew was absolutely amazing, food was ok and comfort was really good.
Crew served us well,couldn’t hear well cous white noise and the accent a better intercom might have been better.

Finnair says its operated by american airlines and american says its operated by Finnair, so they’ll decided to give me ZERO answers to all my needs. Shockingly poor service in every sense
American was fine. Iberia connection delayed for 4 hours without any updates. We did not know if we d be continuing or not.
Flight was cancelled. Was Moved to British airways flight 5 hours later. Luggage was not transferred and so have arrived for a family funeral with NO LUGGAGE. So terrible

NO PROBLEM WITH THE AIRLINE, THE BIG PROBLEM IS KAYAK. AFTER BUYING TICKET NO AFTER SERVICE RECEIVED. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND OTHERS TO USE KAYAK.
Heathrow boarding is a disaster. Gate was not posted until 20 minutes before boarding. We had to run thru Terminal 5 to a train where crowds were waiting. We were seriously crushed boarding the train to the next terminal. When we arrived at the gate, we had to walk down three flights of stairs to board a bus. The bus drove for ten minutes to a waiting plane where we had to climb up stairs with our bags to board the plane.
Worst flight ever, narrow seats and space and delay of 6h , 1h and 20min trapped on lnd inside the plane without any offer of food or drinks
For a 8 hour flight the space between seats is ridiculously close
The check in was a joke. Not enough staff and all were confused by EVERY person that stepped up to their counter. Boarding was the same. Chaotic.
The problems on British Air website and with their check in overshadowed the generally good experience on the actual flight. The flight was completed safely and on time. The crew with whom I had personal contact were capable, friendly, patient and went out of their way to be helpful. The experience communicating with BA before the flight was the worst. I dutifully responded to email prompts for my personal information and COVID status only to have these disappear again and again. I looked for a way to request food that I could eat on the flight and was told that choice was not available. I paid for a reserved seat only to have that reservation lost. A friend and I spent hours trying to check in the day before the flight, each on her own devices (we tried various) with many, many, many failed attempts before we could FINALLY complete the process. (Another friend had had the same experience with BA the week before.)
No entertainment. My lugguage was lost during transfer.
