When I got to Brazil my flight did not exist!!!! I paid over a thousand dollars for a flight to find out it wasn’t a real flight. NEVER AGAIN!

It was a small plane for a seven hour flight, so it was very cramped. There was no internet access available. The seats were hard.

The flight was super packed and most of us had to put our carry on on a overhead department that was extremally far from where we were sitting and on top of that, there was no Wi-Fi through the whole flight on a 8h flight and I had a work deadline to work on.
They canceled this flight and I only found out when I got at the airport for my flight, the good thing is that they were able to get me another flight with Latan directly to Brasilia.
The flight delayed more than 3h...
They lost my luggage on this last flight, so I'm still waiting for their updates two days after that.
6 hour layover in Brasília is tough

There is no food being served at Gol due to COVID situation. Which is understandable but still disappointed because others airlines are offering.
Terrible customer service specially if you have questions or issues. Stay away... Also, lost one of our luggage and they do not care about looking for it. We now have to file a police report with Polícia Federal for them to be obligated to look for the bag.

I was forced to fly on Copa rather than Avianca because they did not have any other flights to Bogotá. How is it possible that a Colombian airline could not offer another flight to the capital city of Colombia? Ridiculous
Terrible airline. Completely disorganized and incompetent check-in process. 2+ hour flight delay and total lack of communication by their staff to the passengers. I missed my connecting flight as a result and was forced to reroute to Panama through Copa airlines in order to return to Bogotá, which took almost 10 extra hours. I would never fly GOL again.
I missed it because of the delay in the other flights. Attendants in the airport sent me from one side to the other many times due to poor information.
Too much delay in the first two flights, so I lost the connection to the final destination.
There was a delay in NYC, so to take the connection in Miami I had to run across the airport. Then the flight delayed in Miami, and the schedule in GRU - São Paulo was too tight, so I missed the flight to Porto Alegre. When coming from international flights, the connection time needs to be more spaced because of immigration bureaucracy.
Cabin was extremely hot - such a sauna, and all complaints were in vain. Boarding was messy and disorganized. Very poor experience and certainly a statement of how passengers are going to suffer in Brazil with the lack of competition in the local market.
