The flight was well delayed. But first time flying JetBlue and I am beyond impressed. Excellent crew and flight.
Flight was delayed!
This is my 5th flight in my last 7 trips that has been delayed. Jet blue got me feeling some way

I never took this flight thanks to my disorientation from being on lockdown for 5 days, and 3 trips to a clinic for PCR tests. I simply confused Monday with Tuesday.

the flight got delayed over and hour and 45 mins causing me to missed my bus on the Knutsford causing me to charter a taxi that causing me to pay triple my expected fare this was a terrible for me
Booked an extra extra room seat so my wife and I had no one seating between us. We boarded and the overhead bins were taken and we didn’t have room for even one bag. Crew was very abrupt.
Wifi and entertainment was unavailable for this flight.

My entire trip ticket was delayed traveling to the Bahamas and returning to the US. I have been with jet blue for years and this is one of the worst experiences I have had to date. Communication about the delays was late and I incurred additional charges for pet boarding and for parking. Disappointed passenger at the moment
The staff starting at the gate till the ticketing not pleasant. The staff is rude and does not give information. They look as if they are unhappy and forced to work.
Aside from the fact that they now try to pitch credit cards like spirit airlines, they also try to make more money by boarding from the front. This is credibly in efficient in the ways boarding as everybody has to shuffle by everybody else. I would happily pay a little bit more to board back to front. Ridiculous.
The last minute gate change was not great. We arrived at the new gate and nearly all the seats were occupied. Beyond that I do not understand why many passengers were called up to verify their paperwork at the gate. This should be handled elsewhere. Again we lost our seats when asked to do this.
No WiFi at all.
Was a delay for 1 hours
The flight, crew and service was excellent, the only issue was the air conditioner in the back of the airplane, thanks god, the time of flight was short.
Entertainment screen in seat 9f not working
Love the experience, a little bummed about the AA flights. Its great to have more flexibility with times, but its not the same customer experience. (Mix of snacks, entertainment, free wifi. It seems more of a benefit in terms of experience for AA customers now flying JetBlue that the other way around
