Pros (+) READ THE REVIEWS. There is nobody around to assist you for 12 hours a day, at least. You should know that these accommodations are in terrible condition. The pool furniture is stained from mildew that was never cleaned. The water pressure is terrible. It smells like pet urine in the unit and you will have to keep the window open. The air conditioning raises the temperature automatically at night. ...

Pros (+) Nothing bad experience with check in staff who also claimed to be management

Pros (+) Rooms were comfortable. Reasonable price for two bedrooms
Cons (-) Not told about $39 facility fee and no chance to refund. Then were turned away at water park because passes must be issued day before. Poor customer service.

Cons (-) Back door would not lock, dead bolt was broken on the front door, was not given any washcloths, ceiling in bathroom was leaking, bed was squeaky, mold on ceiling in bathroom. Terrible experience...
