The flight experience met my expectation of Korean Air. Keep up the good work.
Flying business cannot quench your thirst. Not even a glass(in this case a paper cup) of water is onboard. I wonder if the COVID virus can survive in the longer legs.
Cons: I got turned around at the gate so never flew out.
Cons: Food and entertainment
Cons: Due to COVID, we were not able to travel to the Philippines on the time originally planned. We didn't get the full refund.
Pros: Seat was very comfortable
Cons: Missing snacks
Pros: Crew was amazing. They were friendly and kind. Very helpful. Made sure I was comfortable and made sure the area was clean and safe.
Cons: Good news from others.
Cons: Charging outlets Staff could be friendlier
Cons: Korean Air was wonderful. BUT KAYAK made my reservation through KIWI.COM which is absolutely horrible. My reservation was ONLY for Dallas to Incheon. They booked me a ticket all the way to Singapore without ever asking my permission or informing me. As a result, I was unable to use the ticket, and had to purchase a new one at the airport ticket counter. I called them several times to attempt to fix the issue, but they were utterly unhelpful. I have requested a refund, but am not hopeful based on their past performance. KAYAK should cut all ties with KIWI if it wants to remain reputable.
Cons: failed to give credit for cancel flight.
Pros: All are professional.
Pros: Everything was amazing
Cons: Stay safe
Cons: In light of COVID-19 this the only airline flying out of Bangkok April 3 2020 very good service
Pros: Staff excellent Flight smooth landing a breeze
Cons: This is the best in the air
Pros: Cramped seats and no beverage service. No crew interaction.
Pros: Crew was grest and helpful
Cons: Seats on 777 are not padded very well for a 14 hour flight
Pros: I really enjoyed the cheerful and helpful crew. And i love that the gate agent gave me a seat up front, near the front of the plane because she knew that i had a short connection and needed to catch my next flight.
Pros: The service vayama were trying to charge fees way over the normal fees for any adjustments
Cons: If they could of tried to be helpful when trying ro change dates
Pros: Korean Airlines now definitely ranks on best airlines to travel internationally. Great legroom, good food, and a terrific cabin crew who was helpful and kind.
Cons: Never seen a group of staff who are so dedicated, service oriented, disciplined .... to attend to every need of the passengers. A special thanks and salute for working under the shadow of the Coronavirus epidemic
Pros: Crew was great!
Pros: The crew were good and very pleasant.
Cons: The food was pretty gross. I don't know how you can pass that for food.
Pros: The crew was very professional
Cons: Seats in economy class were small, but most airline economy class seats run small and are uncomfortable for longer flights.
Pros: Comfortable seat, pleasant crew.
Cons: The food was terrible.
Cons: More water, more comfortable seats
On board Korean Air flights, cabin baggage should not exceed 55x40x20cm. If your hand luggage is bigger, the Korean Air assistance team will most likely ask you to pay extra for checked luggage.
