Cons (-) Hotel itself was just meh. Amazing location above Kyoto Station but it comes at a hefty price. Since we were using the Japan Rail Pass for the day trips, it was worth it. Would stay there again.

Pros (+) Very impress for staff at concierge office. Our travelling plan went smoothly by assistance from concierge staff. This was our 3 times staying at the hotel and we will definitely book the hotel again when we visit Kyoto.
Pros (+) This hotel is part of the JR hotel group the hotel has very helpful staff who speak English well. The location can't be beat. It is central and easy to go any where from this location. Rooms are quiet and well serviced.
