Cons:The worse experience ever. I booked the flight and then they canceled it, i tried changing the dates but the website was giving me an error so i called them, after being on the phone for 2 hr some guy answered who seemed very tired and not thrilled working for LOT. Rood and not helpful, told me to try FB messenger and online changing again. Failed to get a voucher, refund or change the dates online, was still getting an error. on messenger they answered and told me i can get a voucher, i told them i don't want it and after that they stopped replying all together. good thing i got my money back by filing a dispute with my credit cart company.
