Cons: Little pricey.

Cons: besides the elevators, the parking is a bit far but okay. everything else is awesome.

Cons: Noise Fans Tiny balcony Price

Cons: No robes in the room. View of the parking lot not particularly inspiring. Noise from the highway annoying. Food not great. Restaurant VERY noisy, food below average. If you are without a car, you are kind of stuck. Swimming pool very crowded, good job we had no intention using it.

Cons: Noise from the freeway at night

Cons: The pillows went flat really fast.

Cons: After driving by twice, we finally realized that BG on a building behind a driveway sign advertising a restaurant was the hotel. Pulled up to check in & unload but was whished away by the valet to move the car. Handed him the keys to move it but he declined...kept insisting I move the car to a lot then check in, go back to the lot to get the luggage then I had to move the car to the overnight lot...all because the trolley shuttle was due anytime. This was how our stay began. The resev. request and 2 calls for a ground floor unit went unheard. 7th floor near the 101 freeway & all the freeway noise. No iron/board in the room & waited over 30 mins to get one that was broken. Print your airline boarding pass.... $5.95 per 5 mins. Really? I addressed each concern with the attentive front desk. They waived the parking fee and asked that we please stay & not go elsewhere.

Cons: Would suggest movies at the pool every night- the desk said only on weekends but keep in mind any day of the week traveling with kids is a weekend for us.

Cons: The shower had some small sketchy spots in the grout and the plate on the showerhead was loose so there was a hole showing. There was also a hole in the bathroom wall that was loosely covered by one of those plates you put behind a door so the doorknob doesn't make a hole...At check-in we weren't provided with a trolley schedule so we showed up at 730pm to find out the trolley only runs every hour except at 8pm so we had to Uber to City Walk. Additionally at check in we inquired as to parking costs and we were told that self-parking was $22 and we wouldn't be charged for a second day as long as we were out by midnight. We actually had to pay for half a day.

Cons: Nothing! We will BE BACK!!

Cons: Lots of walking. No valet when I arrived. Self parked - walked to check in - given a parking pass to put in my windshield - walked back to parking lot - back to lobby then out to one of the furthest building on the property. Lots of kids running around. Outdoor or non-airconditioned hallways made for what seemed like a long trip on a hot day. The staff at the check in desk were not busy (I was the only customer at the time) but they didn't bother to tell me there was parking closer to my room.

Cons: The pricing for food and drink in the pool area was too high.

Cons: The daily parking fee of 22.00 and the additional 2.00 for taxes . Our card didn't work in the parking meter. We had to go another one. The a/c vent next to the bed was loud and the a/c kicked on.

Cons: Wait staff, rude. Front desk, not helpful. I would not stay here again nor recommend others based off the customer service alone.

Cons: Pool was less than spectacular. Wasn't heated and there was nowhere to sit.

Cons: Could not use the shower! Price was too high Cost was put on card at time of reservation instead of when I checked out.

Cons: Very uncountable beds . The sheets has a very bad smell . Bathroom not clean right . And I found a underwear the not belongs to us ...

Cons: Our first room had gnats, but we were immediately moved when we asked to be moved. Unfortunately all that was available was a room next to the elevators. We took it but were able to move the following night to quiet room. Unpacking 3 times was annoying but the staff was very accommodating to switch out our rooms.

Cons: No room safe.

Cons: You can kinda hear your neighbors in the rooms next door. But wasn't too much of a big deal. Would also be nice if the rooms had mini fridges.

Cons: Walls are paper thin. Really terrible. You can hear everything (and I do mean everything) going on in every surrounding room. The shower tiles were falling apart as well. Seemed like they did the bare minimum to qualify this as a luxury hotel but it's a glorified Holiday Inn.

Cons: $25 parking in studio city - seems excessive. Also housekeeping was mixed and lots of noise the night I stayed there.

Cons: Entire pool area is under repair, only ground floor rooms available. Busy and noisy grounds due to maintenance and "upgrades". 20 bucks to park per night on top of room rate, plus rediculous and unjustified "resort tax" equals: We will not be back any time soon:(

Cons: The bathrooms need to be renovated. Clearly can tell there is water damage to the dry wall which needs to be replace. The vent in the bathroom doesnt work at all. Grout and tile was painted to make it look like it was new. For the amount of money we paid you would think there would be a refrigerator in our room. The air condition took some time to get to the temperature we wanted. Walls are extremely thin we could hear our neighbors on both sides as well as the hallway and pool side. Hotel has a lot of history but the owner needs to put money into fully renovating the entire hotel for the price to stay. Also they charge $25 per night to park your vehicle on property. You can take your chance parking your car in the shopping center but it will most likely get towed and or broken into.

Cons: Hotel interior/halls could be modernized more. Rooms should have a mini fridge.

Cons: No in room movie rental- was before-not now They charge $20 for you to park your own car outside with no valet or security in a motel environment ...seems a little ridiculous. They didn't used to-now they do Took us 20 minutes for room service to pick up multiple calls...apparently it's one guy and a cook? Overall just not as relaxing as it used to be...and the "small print" and hidden fees like parking your own car for $20 is just ridiculous...I would have spent that and then some in room service and movie rentals if they were only available We used to love this hotel...now we don't. Don't waste your time.

Cons: Homeless people on corners with one urinating in public.Hotel in need of updating.

Cons: Noisy cleaning staff woke me up with talking in the hallway and then vacuuming. But in their defense it was already 10am.

Cons: Finding our room the first night was very difficult. Someone should have walked us to our room and carried our suitcases for us. There was no elevator to our 2nd floor room.

Cons: The website says there is a fitness center and shows a photo of breakfast, but there is neither!!

Cons: Coffee that is served is not very good.
