Pros (+) Large rooms for New York. Mini kitchen.
Cons (-) Property feels tired and in need of renovation. Elevators were slow and troublesome. No silverware or plates in mini kitchen. You will get dinged with a daily facilities fee.

Pros (+) Location was great and staff were courteous. Decor is modern.
Cons (-) Shower was dirty on arrival with hair from prior guest. When arriving we turned on the lights and a cockroach scurried across the floor. The room was hot and The air conditioner didn't work.
Pros (+) The complimentary happy hour in the lobby was a nice treat for hotel guests. Although, there seemed to be many attendees who were not hotel guests.
Cons (-) I didn't like the smell in the hotel or my room. It smelled like pets and found out later the hotel was pet friendly - not a fan. Cons (-) The only reason why i booked this hotel is for the rooftop and you guys completly ruined my stay by closing the rooftop for a private event the ONE day i booked. Good to know that no matter how much cash you shell out youll still get beat over the head because of rich people wanting to close off a whole area of a hotel. Horriible experience.
