Cons:Baggage fee was not properly explained at the time of booking. I had to pay the fee at the counter.

Pros:Thy charged us 200 Euro for luggage. When we were checking in, they said we don't have any baggage allowance. And we shows them the itinerary , and they said sorry , we have to pay 59 Euro for each bag. This is not fair .
