Excellent value for our multi-family ski trip! Park City Peaks was a lot less expensive than many other hotels during spring break, but for the price, was far better than I would have expected. Rooms were comfortable, reasonably sized, and well-appointed, although they lacked a microwave. Many have complained about the noise intrusion, and while it’s true that you can hear people walking around above you, or out in the hallway, I didn’t find it an worse than what we experienced at the Hyatt Place during our last stay in Park City, and most of the time, we heard people because they were walking by in ski boots. Anticipating noise, we used a white noise app on our phone while sleeping, and weren’t bothered at all, but I think we would have been fine even without it. Of course, if you have inconsiderate upstairs guests, it could be worse, but none of the 2 other families we were with complained about noise, either. Complimentary breakfast was not bad, with scrambled eggs, a variety of breakfast meats (changed daily), waffles, yogurt, and fresh fruits. We also ate at the hotel restaurant one evening, which had good food and drinks, and was super convenient after a long day on the mountain. The kids LOVED the indoor/outdoor pool and hot tubs. We didn’t use the gym, but it looked pretty well equipped. We had a late flight out of Salt Lake City, the day we checked out, so we checked our bags with the front desk, skied the entire day, and then used the gym bathroom to clean up and change before heading to the airport. The hotel staff were all very friendly and accommodating. All in all, it was a great stay, and we’d definitely stay there again!

Pros:We loved the staff. Very friendly and the restaurant was terrific. The bed was very comfortable and the location has its own bus stop which is convenient for the free local bus service.
Cons:Overall I really have no real complaints about the hotel other than the lack of a regular shuttle service. The shuttle driver is extremely nice and will take you anywhere but the shuttle is only available some hours of some days. I assume this is due to there being only one shuttle driver. I WOULD recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in park city.

Pros:The staff were great and overall the service was exceptional.
Cons:The hotel is currently being remodeled and this leaves some things "rough around the edges". The hotel will likely be great in the future; however, there were some inconveniences related to the construction.

Pros:This hotel is till in a great location and has a ton of potential. My stays in the past have been great. The fresh remodel looks like it's going to be great, the pool/spa area are already done and are beautiful.
Cons:First, they are doing renovations. I knew this going in, no problem. But they are actively remodeling rooms, and doing the work at night. For my first two nights, the crews were thumping around in the room above mine until about 11pm. Not too late, but I was skiing early in the morning, so it kinda sucked. Then, on my final night there, I was awakened by a LOUD party hitting the room next door. Blasting hip-hop music, yelling, etc. Ok, typical of a ski town and the hotel staff handled it quickly, but here's the problem. . .from the sounds of the extremely loud conversations, which were easy to hear, at least one or more of the partyers was a hotel employee. She knew exactly which rooms were available on which floors. I really don't think it's smart business to let your employees use vacant rooms to party in, it doesn't make your paying guests very happy!

Pros:Very clean room and facilities. Pool was nice and also the hot tubs! I live looking up at the stars in a hot tub.
Cons:Bed was really soft and sagged quite a bit while sleeping. Could use updating on the shower head. Also if the sauna worked it would of helped my rating.

Pros:those who worked the front desk were all very kind and helpful. The breakfast bar was pretty good, though more fresh fruit would have been good. the soap/toiletries were really nice.
Cons:lumpy floor and carpet, no screens on door to porch, making it difficult to keep the a.c. off and just have the window open. The road out front is noisy and the wall unit for a.c. is loud and hard to control.

Cons:Decor is dated, overall the hotel has a cheap feel. Breakfast was marginal (powdered eggs, but good waffles).
