Staff was hot and cold. No room service past 3 PM. No self parking. Both the coffee bar and night bar staff ignored me to perform stocking task. Eateries / restaurants around the hotel close at 8 & 9 PM.

Asked for towels but never got them. The rack holding the shower gel and shampoo bottles was falling apart. Had to remove the bottles and set them aside to use them.
