cabin staff should be more professional and considerate of passengers. On a morning flight, where check-in is done at 4 am, it is normal for passengers to take advantage of the flight to sleep. It's hard to rest when the cabin crew spends the flight time chatting in a tone of voice as if they were in the middle of a coffee terrace. very unprofessional
the weather was really bad but they managed on time Appreciate the airport staff
Random seat assignment put me in between 2 people where there were plenty of rows free
Staff not smiling. Seems not to appreciate work. Flight late. No place for legs. No entertainment in board and no free food.
If you fly into Bergamo late for a layover/transfer. Don't. The airport will screw you over despite what any airline tells you
Flight was great. Milan-Bergamo was not. If you have a late night layover there, do not trust the check-in crew elsewhere that will say you can just transfer like normal. They (Milan-Bergamo airport staff) kick you out of the terminal
Keeping us waiting at the base of the boarding ladder on the tarmac in Dublin airport on a miserable January afternoon could have been avoided by holding us in the terminal until the crew was ready to receive us. Otherwise, everything was great.

more one hour of delay
Speedy boarding is a lot to be desired but flight was good overall
Flight was delayed 7 hours and when it was getting close to board they did not allow me to check my bag and therefore I missed the flight. Flights are 7 hours late but you cannot show up at the airport 3 hours before departure, you are supposed to endure 9 hours in the airport so they can check in your luggage at a convenient time for them.
1.The chairs have no reclining option. 2. No food included. 3. No entertainment available
No, drink, no food, qmi had to pay for cane of Fanta, so sad
Cabin cleanness and crew training
Uncomfortable seats, and I’m kind of sick how ignorant few are when it comes to telling people they have to pay for slightly oversized luggage, not me, just what o witnessed. There’s no need to be rude to people who are not being confrontational.
Speedy boarding does not work, boarding by rows is much better
Great for being Ryanair, expected only better pricing
The boarding was one hour late even if the announcement was that there is only 20 minutes delay. So there was no need to stand that long by the gate. But the crew was very kind and helpful.
The pilot and the crew spoke the badedt english. Imposdible to understand. My seat 20A experienced ice on the side!!!
2 hours late
Flight was delayed an hour or so and had us standing around for ages before getting on the plain
No me gusta la forma de proceder de rynair, en relación a la obtención de tarjetas de embarque si no realizas la reserva con ellos, ya que cobran por todo.
All was perfect
Cancellations due to weather are going to happen, but if you are going to make everyone board the plane and sit for an hour without any updates of what is going on before cancelling shows your staff have no interest in passengers’ well-being. Then to announce the cancellation by mockingly saying, “I hope this hasn’t inconvenienced you much, have a great night” was a lack of soft skills. Then we had to queue for another hour in the middle of the night just to have the attendant tell us to come back at 7am? Just announce it and save everyone the burden! Terrible.
Plain sailing and uneventful flight, just as it should be
My phone had boarding pass on. So put it on desk so she could scan it. staff member was more interested in seeing if she could charge me for baggage, which eventually she managed to do as a repack meant I would miss flight. She never scanned boarding pass. I realised this once sat on plane as phone was still on her counter. Person from plane went to collect it but mysteriously it wasn't there
On board Ryanair flights, cabin baggage should not exceed 55x40x20cm. If your hand luggage is bigger, the Ryanair assistance team will most likely ask you to pay extra for checked luggage.
Ryanair offers direct flights to 212 cities in 36 different countries. Dublin, London, and Birmingham are the most popular cities covered by Ryanair.
Ryanair concentrates most of its flight operations in London.
