Cons: Rushing from one terminal to another because the flights were too close together for my itinerary

Cons: During COVID there was little attempt to distance passengers during security checks, boarding and onboard. Crew did not inforce mask policy. Fellow passengers were inconsiderate, loud, littered just throwing food wrappers and trash on the ground - crew did nothing.
Pros: Nothing. I was sold a ticket for 709 dollars and wasn’t told I couldn’t get on until showing up to the gate. Therefore I had to spend 1000 more dollars to book another ticket because budget air wouldn’t change or refund the flight.
Cons: Not selling a ticket with a layover where someone with a US passport cannot travel through at the moment. Be more forthcoming.
Pros: The crew was super friendly and attentive. Best in flight service I have received in a long time.
Cons: The plane doesn't have usb ports to charge the phones, and as there are no screens or anything else, make sure you bring your battery pack.

Cons: Flight was completely full and certain passengers were belligerent about wearing face masks. The cabin crew did not enforce mask wearing, stating “we are not the police”
Pros: Flight was cancelled. Kayak did not notify us. We found out by accident. There was no customer service from kayak. We had to solve with with the airline

Cons: Crew allowed passengers in with no masks. Why do they write a boarding time on a pass? They started 15 min later. Then, "be fast, be fast, we are behind". Plane departed 20 min late.
Cons: Reckless and inconsiderate airline. The only carrier refusing to modify travel due to Covid-19 pandemic

Cons: I fell sick and my doctor advised against flying. Tried calling Swiss Air and JustFly.com: 6 calls back and forth and 7 hours on hold, no help. Finally got advised on driving to the airport to make the flight change at the Swiss Air counter at O’Hare. The representative told me to bring a note from doctor to switch flights. I did the next day. The same representative looked me in the eye after advising the day before and said there’s nothing she could do. Why make an elderly sick person drive to the airport again if you know already you cannot help??Absolutely terrible experience, no help from the airline or travel agency. Total loss of the full price of the ticket.

Pros: Amazing crew, great customer service and high level quality plane, despite only 1 hr travel, they served small breakfast and chocolate
Cons: Despite the fact I bought my tickets with 1 hand luggage + 1 personal item, they forced me to dispatch my hand luggage stating flight was full, I refused and they said they could not allow me to board. Felt my rights violated, I HATE to dispatch luggage... and in the end there was space left on the airplane luggage storage areas. Not nice
Cons: A solution to the seat problem. If the seat only reclined 1/2 the distance they do now, the flight would be enjoyable.
Pros: The crew were friendly, helpful, and attentive. I'd love to fly with them all the time
