Pros (+) Hotel Palacio is a standing work of art. A very simple hotel filled with a consistent colonial homage throughout. The respectful Traveller will enjoy its location and proximity to authenticity.

Cons (-) We had a junior suite on the main floor. The traffic noise woke us up on several occasions. Get a room on a higher floor TV was almost un watchable due to problems with the color. I reset it to the factory settings but no luck. AC was either full on or off. No in-between.
