The staff and location couldn’t have been better! The staff were very welcoming and hospitable. The front desk staff was always available to answer any questions we had, and the housekeeping team were on top of their cleaning duties and schedules. The location was fantastic with local favorite cafes and eateries nearby. The rooftop bar is closed. It seems that the team who ran it are relocating, so the space in the hotel is unused as of this writing. We had a slight miscommunication about the laundry service. Initially, we were told we would get our laundry back in two days; but on the second day, we were informed that it would be another day before getting it back. Other than that, a great stay in a great hotel.

Pros:The staff was willing to work with us regarding our room...they offered to put in another bed for our requested room, but also offered a free drink for our inconvenience. They did try and do as much as they could for us, which was nice to see. Other hotels would have just said sorry and left it at that.
Cons:They didn't have two beds as requested.
