Pros:We chose this flight as it was a direct flight from MSP to Anchorage. Takeoff was just slightly behind schedule, maybe 25 minutes or so. We were only 15 minutes behind on arrival. We were given beverages a few times during the flight.
Cons:Did not like the long lines at the check in counter. They need to hire more people. I don’t like when we board and then are not able to get up into the sky for some time. Then they expect people who have been waiting on the plane to not need to use the restrooms. “The pilot has not turned off the seat-belt sign yet” is true, but also you boarded us late and then couldn’t get up into the air right away. Also, our checked bag didn’t arrive with us. We’re waiting to here if it was lost or not.

Cons:I probably should’ve taken first class. Very cramped even for economy. No on screen entertainment

Pros:We overall had really good service, our flight was comfortable, and the people are very friendly.

Cons:Unable to check-in online and the flight to my flight was delayed, to and from my destination.
Pros:Boarding is relatively quick, staff were kind, onboard foot-room/under the seat space was some of the best compared to other airlines.
Cons:Wasn't able to check in online because the website was down all day. If an airline offers online check in, they should make sure it works, I was willing to pay the extra fees so I could choose my seat, instead had to be inconvenienced, arrive to the airport earlier than desired, and got stuck at the back of the plane.
Pros:Everyone and everything was extremely efficient. I particularly enjoyed the pre-recorded timed announcements.
Pros:Nothing stood out
Cons:There were no individual monitors to watch movies or tv. The flight was late. The flight attendant didn’t serve us a drink because we were going to land in 35 minutes but we could have finished it by then ( this would have been our second drink it’s not like we were intoxicated). So just overall not as fun a flight experience as other airlines and would try to avoid again in the future.
