Pros:Seats were comfortable leather, they served drinks and your choice of sweetbreads savory snack, flight was short, and we didn't have to go through passport control because we were traveling between two EU countries.
Cons:No entertainment but flight was so short it didn't matter

Pros:My husband and I are both tall people, over 6 feet and this was the smallest most uncomfortable seats we have ever been in. We were put in the very last seat and couldn't even fit our legs in. Then when the person in front of me tried to put his seat back I was in so much pain I had to ask him to move it back up. They also wanted to charge us $120 for a bag when our flight was only $100, which was ridiculous! Thankfully the staff was nice enough to waive that fee for us.

Cons:I didn't get any info that I needed to register my info with Greek government 24 hours beforehand due to COVID. Very poor customer-service.

Cons:The flight was 1,5h late so we had to call off our planned dinner trip to Freising between connection flights

Pros:The crew and food were very nice. Unfortunately, getting from Point A to Point B was a struggle.
Cons:They didn't leave enough time for connecting flights (we touched down at the same time my connecting flight was boarding), and screwed over a lot of passengers by last-minute not sending their luggage to the connecting flight. I lost my luggage and still haven't found it.
